The problem you have with all this is “celebrity” kitchens are aware they are career stepping stones both for chef and waiting staff.
Its not unusual for the hourly paid Kitchen porter to earn more than the commis chefs as their roles are seen as an unofficial apprenticeship’s and are hard fought over.
Some kitchens use and abuse this system while others really train their staff well and open up doors later on. M Roux’s kitchens are a good place to learn the craft from chefs I know who have worked for him.

The service tip on the other hand is a con and gives everyone in the hospitality industry a bad name. The problem he will have is the tax man reopening his books and seeing how he has declared this. Surprised he is doing it as bad press like this is hard to shift.

Family member recently bought the Makita combi and is over the moon with it for an acre of land. 4 stroke engine which helps as well.

Echo above about the weight of the cheaper ones as well. Work ok but they weigh a bloody ton so worth checking beforehand.

You will have to disassemble it as pulling will make it worse. Really easy on the Dualit grinder.

Funny you mention this! Started fell running a couple of years ago to keep fit when off the bike. Started doing it more and more, entered a few races and now completely hooked.
Found it to be the most unpretentious/social sport where you pay a couple of quid for a race, push your body to places you never thought existed and follow it up with a cup of tea or pint and a piece of cake!
Have found I now use the bike as a recovery tool for my running which I have even surprised myself at!
However running on the road is the definition of purgatory.

Kal Yafai fight was good. Talented fighter but comes across as bit of a womble. I think the only entertaining thing still to come is which of the pros ringside makes the biggest prat of themselves at the end of the night while in search of the limelight..

Loads of rescues around at the moment unfortunately. Keepers breeding for themselves, selling the rest of the litter and people struggling with them. Brilliantly trainable and keeps up with my other GSP easily.

Albert the pointer/lab says hello! Cracking dogs that are really popular in working kennels now. You will just wish that tail could be docked before too long as its like a whip! Is it a rescue out of interest?

Yup there was a TV mini series of Birdsong but it was horrendous and boring! The book is definitely worth reading.

Have you read any books by Sebastian Faulks? If not Birsdong is a good place to start.

Another good read is “the miracle life of Edgar Mint”. Brilliantly written.

Keep your strides short if not used to running. Overstriding is a big cause of injury to new runners.

Way, Way too much walking for a 21 week old dog and your dog shouldnt go near a bike until it is 1.

Concentrate on training it properly for the next 6-8 months and you will have a healthy, happy dog. Carry on like this and the dog will pay for it in later life.

Could argue that Nicola Adams competition in amateur boxing is as slim as the women’s DH scene. Bye in the first round and then fought three times to win the gold. The pro scene could be very different for her if she decides on that route!

Murray for the win purely for the depth of talent in a global sport like tennis. Would like to see Max Whitlock pick something up as his all round gold was an amazing achievement.

P9 ok but struggling to get it to connect to the car on Bluetooth. Apparently its a known problem on BMW’s and I cant for the life of me get it too work. Managed to work around the strava cutting off problem following this http://www.coolsmartphone.com/2016/04/11/strava-not-working-properly-on-your-huawei-heres-the-fix/

Other than that great phone with a good camera and battery.

Unfortunately it is a lot more common than people think.
Im a manic depressive and can go to bed feeling ok but can wake up in the middle of the night in a place that makes the pits of hell look wonderful. For myself I have no sense of reality at this time and your own mind can be the most cruel, evil b****** that ever graced this planet and you cant turn it off! This can last for weeks/months.

I kept this hidden from the outside world (a divorce, lost friends etc etc shows I wasn’t any good at it) but one day in my mid thirties I woke up in hospital after attempting suicide and not being able to remember doing it.

I was lucky having had wonderful help since but the initial part of admitting you have have a mental health problem kept me from seeking help years ago as even though you know something is wrong you tell yourself to man up and get on with it!

Basically you will never know the true reason for suicide as the fragility of the mind once a downward spiral starts can be terrifying and trying to find answers at this stage can be very difficult for the relatives as they will never truly find them.

The charity “mind” are worth a call if you want any more help and I believe they offer counselling for relatives.

Use these LED’s on my dogs which just clip on to the collar. No point having anything brighter as it bounces around all over the place when they are on full pelt.

Red LED Works well in fog as well if up on the moors.

Probably there avoiding all the gamekeepers in the North of England at the moment!

In all seriousness they are probably a mating couple at this time of year (mate for life) and will be in the nesting process somewhere. Cross your fingers they have chosen there as they are known to rotate nesting sites.

Gave up 4 years ago and it is the best thing i have ever done!

Used an ecig where I started on the highest nicotine liquid and every month reduced the nicotine content until I was “vaping” 0% nicotine. Took a year but was easy in the end and that was from a 30 a day habit.

Only other thing I did was to go healthy. Had a fixed fitness plan that i stuck too and could see the tangible benefits every month which motivated me. Found clean eating really helped as well.

Good luck and it does get easier..

Jumped from trainer road to zwift over a year ago and saw my fitness levels increase purely because of the competitive nature of the racing. Use the ride calendar http://www.zwiftcalendar.com to find events and this website for results.

Even my partner uses it who is a social cyclist but finds it entertaining and has lost a stone this last month!

I would look at specifying classic cars, luxury cars, race cars with relevant bumph in the tabs. (track days, race meets, auctions, private sales etc)
You are close to the classic car auctions at Brooklands, Mercedes Benz world where I know there is demand for transport so definitely worth having a section on it even if you have to borrow a car for the promo photos!

A couple of examples of of the companies i know.
    http://www.emrogerstransport.com/
    http://www.ontime-globalautomotivetransportservices.com/
    http://www.rudler.co.uk/

As above keep your tow vehicle out of the promo shots if possible unless it is branded. Its too prominent in a couple of the pictures.

Other than that it is a good business to get into with loyal clients so wish you luck.

The builds don’t update automatically and have found compatibility issues in the past if you don’t update them. Two minute job using ares so definitely worth trying.

Currently using the latest pulse lite build on an amazon firestick and it is faultless using exodos, salts etc.

Depends how often you update it. Use ares wizard to get the latest builds and I seem to find it perfectly stable.

Get the op or have her put down. Harsh but potentially watching a dog writhe around in agony if something bursts is not worth having on your conscience just so you can have an extra few months. Been there done it and never again.
A cancerous tumor that is getting visibly bigger in two months is quite aggressive I would of thought.

In terms of vets if you don’t trust them then you are at the wrong vet. If you are at a chainstore vet, look at moving to a local one and get a new opinion. Less likely to be referred to a “specialist” where the costs start spiraling.

For a dog at that age with no other illness I would get the op!

Not seen it mentioned but i go to Costco once a quarter and stock up on meat and fish. Portion it up for two of us when i get home and bang it in the freezer.
Find their price v quality better than anywhere else. Just don’t be tempted by anything else while you are in there!

Supplement that with a trip to the greengrocers once a week and a store cupboard run to the supermarket every month and i find our food costs are pretty reasonable for how well we eat.

If they drove the nail in quickly, thought the dog was dead, then buried it, it wouldn’t seem to be all that cruel, not much difference to using a bolt gun on a cuddly lamb. The bolts sometimes don’t kill them you know……………

Take it you have no clue what you are talking about!

Winning cheap points for the vegetarian cause by comparing an act of Psychopathy with the meat industry is ridiculous.
