Recently had a weekend away in Rye, East Sussex, and had a great time.

    https://www.visit1066country.com/destinations/rye

Historic old town, with some very nice pubs like the 600 year old Ye Olde Bell Inn, cafes and shops.
Castle, tidal nature reserve, beach walks and a small independent cinema if the weather is really bad.

Stayed here – https://www.regentsquarerye.co.uk/ Nice central house with parking.

Myself, and quite a few work colleagues use Miltec.

Just checked my purchase history – September 2014, and used for every work shift since, so lasting well. Good value at £30.

I’d go for a Volvo C30 T5 in Polestar Blue with manual shift, and get the Volvo approved Polestar remap.
250BHP in a relatively small car and the 5 cylinder engines are supposed to sound great.
They didn’t sell many so there’s a chance they may be collectable sometime in the distant future (although the Ford Focus association may hinder that?)
Usable, fun car in the meantime though!

I also used https://www.nordictimberbuildings.com/ noted above.

A bespoke 16 x 8 Shed / Summer house combo with extra windows and upgraded roof etc.
Pressure treated, 3 x 2 framework and proper floorboards, couldn’t really find better for the price.

Delivery was £100 or so, and was built on site by them in a couple of hours (included in price)

Lead times might be a while though, guy called Steve was very helpful throughout.

I bought a soft spring for a 26″ Recon a few years a go from Jenson, USA.
Came pretty quick and postage wasn’t that much.

Just had a quick look and they are showing these –

No idea if any use but might be worth an email?

I use 2.25″ Maxxis Beavers front and rear on my hardtail.

They roll and grip well, bought a set for last winter and ended up keeping them on the bike all year.

Decent volume for a 2.25 tyre, only available from Germany last time I bought some though – 39 Euro’s

I’ve got an old O2 Joggler running squeezeplay in the kitchen and connected it to a pair of (wired) Yamaha NX50 desktop speakers. They sound great, plenty loud enough and have auto power off so just turn on when they detect an audio input.
Just checked on Ebay, £89 new but a few used ones going for £30-£40.

I’ve just been looking for a cheapish 40″ and quite like the look of a Samsung Ue40j5200 £262

Seems to do everything I want, although that 6 year warranty from Richer Sounds is tempting

I bought a Sony Compact Z1 via a Amazon Warehouse deal. They are basically returns or damaged boxes, mine was classed as very good but was as new. They have a 30 day return so if you don’t like it its easy to send back.

Have you set it to ‘experia home’ via settings / home option?
I have just upgraded my Z1 compact to Android 5.02 and all working ok.

    Check out Classic Motorcycle Mechanics[/url]

It’s not only classics, but a lot of the 80’s and 90’s bikes which I use to ride – Covers mechanics, restoration and articles.
I was given a subscription as a gift and will definitely renew when it expires.

    I bought one from
http://www.ergoflex.co.uk about 5 years ago, very happy with it. It’s a good memory foam mattress if that’s what you’re after.

I bought one of these a couple of weeks ago –
Canon PIXMA MG3250 All-In-One Wi-Fi Inkjet Printer(mainly because it was cheaper than buying black and colour inks cartridges for my old printer)
Seems to do everything you want and when I checked Canon replacement cartridges seemed to be cheaper than most.
    £39.99 at Argos at moment.

How about an O2/Openpeak Joggler –

7″ device which is designed to sit on a work surface. The original firmware can be pimped – I use mine primarily as a clock and internet radio/streamer using Squeezeplay connected to some external speakers but also Opera Browser, Google Calender, You Tube, IPlayer etc. It will also boot Android, Linux and Windows via USB.
The clever people at http://www.jogglerwiki.com/forum/index.php have made this happen.
There are a few on Ebay at the moment, usually sell for less than £50. The build quality is much better than a cheap tablet and it only failed commercially because of O2’s software choice.

Loved that game on the C64 – was amazed at the characters fluid running and jumping and the game even spoke to you in that evil electronic voice!

I think I will be moving abroad, won’t hit 27k for at least 3 years and I don’t know how we’d prove having more ties to the UK that the other way round considering only one half of us (me) have any ties! I don’t want much to do with this country.

EEA Family Permits might be worth a look, not sure of your situation though.
