I hope I can be of help I am actually a journalist who works as an "agony aunt"

This is a tricky matter and you need to think about her feelings as well as your own.

The best way to do this is go round right now and propose.

That is quite common with Pawn Brokers, Cash Converters, Cheque Cashers etc. They are required to put that by law, by as said before, its a a little misleading.

If you have a small music collection and you would like the apps etc then do for the touch. If you have a very large one (like me) or want to up a lot of movies on it (like me) then go for the classic.

So indoors or outdoors (with winter inside) is fine?

X-type is an extemely poor car, not as goo as the Mondeo it is based on. Another passat would be a good bet. Dull avensis is great, but load area not too hot.

But if you want a good looking well built estate which is good for bikes, comfortable and capable of big miles then go for a c-class estate. C220 is best. 200 very gutless and 270 rather thirsty. Ignore the bs you will hear aboutbuild quality, I have put over 100k on am 05 with only tires and an intercooler hose.

    ound elsewhere:

In order to maximise the benefits FERODO brake pads offer the driver, it is essential they are bedded in correctly.
    1. Accelerate vehicle to 60KPH. (37MPH)
    2. Apply brake using moderate pedal pressure, reduce speed to 5kph (do not stop if possible)
    3. Repeat setp 1 and 2 between 8 and 10 times allowing 0.3 to 0.6 km between brake applications.
    4. Avoid strong pedal pressure for the first 200km. After completing bedding in procedure, the vehicle can be driven like you stole it (or in a normal manner).
Adherence to this necessary procedure will optimize the performance of the FERODO asbestos-free disc brake pad.

Thats all a bit gay, common sense is the aim of the game. Try not to drive enthusiastically for the first 10 miles as they can overheat when new (although that will only manifest itself by fading).

His advice was purely for safety due to a) pedal bite point likely being different b) braking performance likely to be poor the first couple of applications. It is extremely unlikely you will rip the material off the backing (on a road car I have never heard of this) and a warped disc is also extremely unlikely. Do do this on a road car you really need to apply maximum braking consistently for 20-30+ miles, and even then it is hard to do.

Basically driving like most people do you will be fine.

Correct (someone) they do not manage the property, so imo it is fair enough that they charge. My problem is that they want it irrespective of whether the tenant renews?

RE: Renewing with him directly. Would I need to back this up with some kind of document? The reason for this is I am not up on what kind of documents/legalities are involved hence asking the agent to do it. Could anyone offer some guidance?

In Motorsport is is fairly uncommon, not the substances themselves, but the testing thereof. In 10 years of being involved I know only one person tested first hand.

Only time I can every really think of someone actually getting caught was Thomas Enge, who was stripped of his 2002 Formula 3000 title for testing positive of marijuana.

I am Trulli disappointed that people have taken the opportunity to make puns and laugh about all this, I don;t know Webber or not people understand that even Sutil little jokes can cause offense?

    tag is a classic.

I am not really a Shuey fan (smug, cheating, german, boring etc etc) but this is sensational news.

Well I think its a bit below the belt to be quite honest.

I think Massa is ready to spring into action as soon as he is well enough.

Massa's keeping his eye out for a return before the end of the season though.

    Is that a terrible pun?

Ah, I just had a tip-off, checked autosport before starting thread, no word, just re-checked and only just hit their front page, would think it would be a bit more important than BMW news.

It is going to be very very interesting.

Yeah there is no way he is, it would be a blatant contravention of the rules.

You can test older cars (IIRC not last years) but testing an old car is kind of useless.

He is a cheating c***, but imo one example of his cheating was NOT Adelaide 1994, it was a dumb lunge from Hill, Shuey would have had to retire, he should have just waited.

there was a competition once in MBUK to design a new tshirt for Rox. I entered but didn't win. Then about 3 months later they brought out my design anyway.

    Bastards!

…and I guess as it was your design you had to buy i too?

If winning races promotes your brand and increases sales, then loosing conceivably has the opposite effect.

We didn't really have many manufacturers around 15 years ago, only the odd one or two, not really bothered as the cost saving measures let the little guys in anyway.

Few reasons, *** quality is one. Also vistaprint would work out cheaper believe it or not.

That would be cool… does he have a licence?

No, but he has done a fair few testing miles, so it would not be out of the question.

I suspect it will either be Gene, Bourdais or Hülkenberg. Would love to see Alonso, but probably a 1% or less chance of that happening.

Briatore really is a cock – he didn't even bother watching Piquet last weekend, as soon as Alonso retired he got in his plane & went home

Would have done the same, he is a cocky little shit who simply isn't up to scratch, with by all accounts a very irritating and medaling father. Flav's success speaks for itself.

buy a kit for a westfield, stick in a 1.6HDi, a hoofing great turbo, and remap it into mid feburary.

That would be awesome, or an Elise with a blown engine/head gasket gone (not rare).
