Can only comment on the Maxxis Ikon and Ralph. Run both on the rear on the same bike. Used the maxxis for about 500 miles, found it much slower on harder surfaces, less traction in mud and mud does not clear from the tread as easy..

Had 2 kitchens in my time, last one about 3 years back , look and construction of the doors are good but the carcasses leave a lot to be desired As the slightest bit of moisture was causing the melamine to peel off and also in places where you taking plates etc in and out it the melamine wore quickly if they have addressed that now they would be a good buy

Are formula rotors slightly thinner than some, you may find that they rub a bit more using some of the other brands. Can you not pick up some centre lock 6 bolt adaptors SH and then fit the 6 bolt formulas ?

I have a Scott Scale Carbon 29er ( soon to be sold as new bike arrives) and thats a nice comfy ride for a hardtail. Had a quick spin on a Niner and thats very stiff and unforgiving at the rear

Northwind, if only you had learnt about oral sex aged 10 your early sex life may have been greatly enhanced 😀

Crikey do you like anal apparently you have very little choice in the matter 🙂

I am not sure about the kind of early sexual experiences you have had Northwind…. At the end of the day we will all differ in the way we want to bring our children up and how we want them to learn about sex and relationships. It should not be up to the BBC to dictate to us through poor programming how, when or where we choose to do this….

Of course he will, but at the end of the day it is our right as parents to be able to choose when and where is appropriate for the conversation to be had, not have it forced on us by a 15second advert on the BBC.

Crikey, thank you for your sexual education advice. My wife is a doctor and has worked for a number of years in sexual health, and in fact she has already had the conversation about sex with our son. She feels very strongly that children and young teenagers should have adequate, early sex education, but learning about reproduction is not the same as learning about oral sex- maybe we should be teaching our children about anal sex?Yes probably, but aged 10??

Not watching wife was channel flicking then went to sort out washing leaving it on that channel can’t see how anyone can justify informing minors about oral sex at that time of night

Are the joys of sex not better explained by the parents at an appropriate time and at an appropriate age depending on the child?

Be careful with the USA one, with postage and perhaps paying VAT Duty and clearance charges that cog could end up nearer £50

You can get a 36 tooth ring here, a bit pricey though for one cog.. Not seen them anywhere else..

On problem tyre rim combinations and I’ve tried many I inflate and seat the tyre with co2 leave it for a few minutes deflate slowly so tyre bead still seats and then remove valve core and insert sealant through valve. Put core back in and inflate never failed for me..
