These are what I have tried and go up and are easily taken off

    Specialized
    2.3 Slaughter Grid & control
    2.3 Butcher Control
    Maxxis
    2.3 Minion DHF
    2.5 Minion DHF
    2.3 High Roller

    2.35 Bonty XR3

Tried this one and it was easy to go up but a pig to get off due to the channels
    Schwalbe 2.35 Hans Dampf

Don’t forget your spare tubes need a longer than normal valve !!!

I used to get similar and went to GP who immediately got me an ECG so you need to get that done and ask for a change of Dr as they are nigh on useless.. Can’t believe they would treat such a condition in that way. Mine like most turned out to be mainly caffeine, sometimes alcohol and an ectopic beat after seeing a specialist but it can also be something more sinister so get yourself back and checked out properly. My wife is a GP and can’t believe that it was brushed aside that easy without looking into it further.

I have owned both first the Cube. That was good but I found the top tube too short for my liking so brought a Evo 29 frame and swapped over the parts..

Generallevi – not good when did you get your rims as I had to wait ages for mine as they were adjusting the moulds/ tools

I have a set and no issues with mine, build into a very stiff wheelset. JRA are doing the heavier duty ones at the moment. When i had the rims the carbon lay up and QC labels look identical to the LB factory….

I run the same tyres on 21 and 29mm internals difference is about 0.5mm don’t worry about it 29 x 2.35 hans dampfs . Hype in my opinion as the profile and width are so minimal. It’s not akin to to running the likes of 2 and 2.25 tyres. You can however utilise lower tyre pressures presuming the tyre walls are up to it

I have had the lighter SLX model for nearly a year now and find it a blast as well as very forgiving at the rear. Easy to shed a bit of weight if you go 1 x 10 / 1 x 11 and change a few other bits.

Google camping lago d’orta and you may find a few, Wife’s family are Italian and have apartment there so know the area quite well so if you need any other info let me know. Lots of good road rides but only found a few mountain bike trails, I think there are some good trails south of Orta

I got one back in feb. The cut is not really good for MTB rubs on chin hood flaps around if not secured down and mine leaked like a sieve during my 6 / 7 hr training rides. Maybe I got a dud !

Haryuken – i used a gear cable housing ferrule, trimmed slightly that fits into the black clamp around the blue dial, inserted an old gear cable that still had the metal stop attached and then threaded the cable through took up the tension so fork was completely open and then did up grub screw. Will post a pic tonight and it should all make more sense 🙂

Thanks for all the advice, i think the main issue will be the frequent toilet visits you mentioned above and finding food energy drink to fuel her that does not irritate it
