7:35 Drag my ass out of bed, brush teeth & quick wash
    7:40 Leave for work
7:50 At work, sit at desk, try and wake up

Even though I’m in work before 8 I don’t really wake up until about 10:30.

Track days are dangerous! You might get hooked like I did and end up buying a little track day car. That happened to me and my friend, we did our first proper track day last week.

I would prefer Castle Combe Circuit over Keevil Airfield any day!

The lights on the back are on, but the switch does not turn the light on.

Head over to GT Planet[/url] and checkout the forums, they will be able to tell you. Also they do their own races which are very good, no cheating, good clean racing with similar skill levels.

Using a wheel/pedals can easily give you a couple of seconds a lap over the SixAxis.

I used to play GT5 online, but now I do real track days. No doubt I will pick it up again once the nights draw in.

Alex I said it squashes it, so it does distort.
Records 4:3 > Squashes it to 16:9… Unless I am getting confussed, quite possible as I haven’t had my Litre of Coffee yet.

Superview as said above. Records the full sensor (4:3) and then squashes it to widescreen, 1080p/720p. I think it will be just as wide as the 1080 wide setting, but you will get more top n bottom in the frame.

Turn on Protune, Colour Grade, Sharpen, etc. Export at 45mb/s. Means your left with 1gb upload for 3mins of footage tho, but you can get decent quality.

They colour grade(correct) all videos. This can take a long time on its own. Not to mention, sharpening, getting rid of fisheye, crushing blacks n whites (they do that on a lot of their vids) and probably a lot more things too. Possibly use plugins like Twixtor for the slow-mo stuff.

Yup. But its not difficult, I would be lucky to get £500 for my car!

Would this be the same for the Lyrik RLR’s (180mm)? :?

It also has a SuperView mode.. Records in 4:3 and squashes it to widescreen. It has a Auto Low Light mode too. Battery capacity slightly bigger, but same size as the H3.

    List of features/improvements here.

I won’t be upgrading, no real major improvements.

sugdenr if you didn’t bother updating to iOS6, then why even bother with iOS7.

Not being able to toggle through google images.
I just tried this on Chrome and it doesn’t work, the same as Safari.

Depending on which one you get..

Spare Battery (they only last an hour)
    MicroSD card (not a Sandisk)
    Chesty Mount
Something to protect it when not using (lens cap or sock)

Nice edit! I like that you’ve cut the video to the music (and done well) and used not so fast video with the song breakdown. A nice mix of footage too.

I’m of the same opinion about the music, it’s the sort of music for fast/dh type stuff, saying that I used Dubstep in my recent video.

For tips and ideas, I would watch other peoples video’s, that’s how I did it.

You need to get out the OS map (streetmap.co.uk) and make your own route. I was able to make a route from Yate > Frenchay using bridleways and country lanes.

**** Me! Are you guys seriously worried about fingerprint data, if so, are you 00 agents or something! You guys had better wear bandanna’s and go around in wheelchairs too, there’s a lot of camera’s about and gait surveillance. Paranoia!

Once the phone is JB’ed, developers will be able to test the Fingerprint Scanner to make sure it isn’t being transmitted or hacked.

I think I must be missing something the paranoid guys are seeing… IF they could get my fingerprint, what can they do, as apposed to stealing my iPhone with my fingerprints all over it?

silly Q, Will iOS 7 run (crawl) on a 4s?

Been running it for a couple of months… Not slow yet… No doubt once app developers use all the new features it will be slow.. Facebook takes 6s to load currently.

Is there anything new in iOS then?

Control panel (similar to SBsettings), easy access to settings
AirDrop – Wifi/Bluetooth sharing between ios devices (iPhone 5+)
    VPN compatability
    iTunes Radio
Siri now works as it should’ve the first time around

I had Achilles tendinitis and rode with it for months. I ended up tearing my calf muscle. See a physio, I was given stretches to do. It took 8 months to sort, I really screwed up my foot & calf through not seeing a physio for months.

We’re also going to be there for the last week, if the car is running fine.

Never been, so don’t know the score. We’ll be looking at last minute accommodation as no point in booking as we are not sure if the very old car will have problems.

I had trouble bleeding my rear Hope brake. I took it to the LBS who bled it, felt so much better.

He explained that due to the frame design, the bleed nipple is at the lowest point. So you have to remove the rear caliper so it’s at the top.

So you want to mess with phasing… I take it there aren’t any walls to interfere with the phasing, or they are sound deadened? I could imagine it being quite difficult.

QTX are not a great brand, that sub only goes to 40Hz. When looking for an amplifier, look at the frequency range, same thing for speakers. It might be better for you to use a car sub speakers/enclosures, they are pretty cheap, just watch out for the rubbish.

I used to use a 300W RMS Sub connected to a 500W RMS amp, it provided a nice punch to the chest. Put it in a room for 30-40 people and it was a lot less. You need a hell of a lot more power for bass than you do mids/tops.

I can recommend the Airwave DH tubes for the Alps! I didn’t use any, but the rest of the group, 6 of them did. They didn’t have any punctures/snakebites for the rest of the holiday.

The only really light tubes you need are the ones you carry to get you home in the event of a puncture

This ^ Although I am currently trying out 70gr 26×2.6″ inner tubes

I think they are both as predictable as each other. The most unpredictable thing is the actual roads. Could be diesel or oil on the road. Either way people should know what to do when the car skids.

Understeer – Dip Clutch, eventually will turn
Oversteer – Dip Clutch, will stop oversteer

I personally prefer oversteer, as tightening a turn can be untightened. Understeer cannot be countered, unless you slow down or lift off oversteer.

Whichever one, you need to know how the car will react before you know what to do. This is why I think skid pan should be mandatory.
