there is a spring around the pistin in lever which pushes it back.
Having the same problem with my Codes and i think it was caused by having turned the pad adjustment to far, which had sort of jamed everything inside the lever.
Im not sure yet as i havent got it re assembled yet.

Defenetly an out of size bolt, but managed to jam a T15 torx into it with the use of a hammer :)
No i just hope i can get the brake put back together as i got carried away and took the lever completely apart aswell.

you buy them as a set, comes with pistons and new seals.

Just tell them politely that you are not interested and would appreciate it if they would stay away.
They will stay away if you ask them to.

DOT fluis is not mineral oil, it would eat your brakes

I would try with virgin olive oil.

i had that problem on my codes, it was the piston in lever which was sticking.
its lying in pieces on my desk at the moment, hoping it will work when i put it back together again.

I did find that a temp solution when bleeding them was to pull on the lever syringe which cause the piston to unstick. but du to sloppy rebound of lever i took it all apart afterwards anyway.

see thats where its weird, it looks fine, not rounded at all.
Im begining to think that maybe my inch allen set have got mixed up with metric ones, and that its an inch sized bolt, only way it makes sence ( to me at all)

    50k will be fine.
Cant see why you would need the extra details of the 25k for a walk

Im using one for, i will wear a merino baselayer then the jacket and it keept me warm on those morning with frost.
at the moment it works fine in rain, i wil get wet but with the merino under it and due to jacket keeping wind out, i will not get cold (unless i stop pedalling)

    tried with more different 2.5mm.
And yes it does seems odd because as you say, its been done up.
And if you would have a look that woul be great.

It isnt, T10 torx is what the bleed screw is, its defenetly a hex/allen key, and its not been wrecked either, first time ever its been used.
    Its all very strange

    i can recomend these http://www.endura.co.uk/Product.aspx?dept_id=112&prod_id=108
Only problem might be if you have tree trunk legs then you need them a waist size bigger or they wont go over legs, its the case for me which means i have to keep pulling them up.

Ohh and i prefer big bones and muscular to lardy ;)

i used to let the air out, when i was out playing at a friends house. He lived 5 miles away, with air out of tyre i could call parents and tell them i had a puncture and needed to be picked up :)
Sometimes they where not home so couldnt pick me up……..maybe that was his problem?

That bearing thing is only for the 1 wheel, for that wheel the cheap non sram will work, its the last one with the bushing which isnt center mounted which is the problem.

Those will not fit, the distance between the 2 holes holding the wheel in the mech is different than the SRAM ones.
Been in sherwood pines and looked at them, shop people said they would fit, and i had to show them that they didnt by attempting to fit them on my bike.
