Delt with them a couple of times, didn’t enjoy it. Won’t be doing so again. They usually pop up on here saying they’re trying to sort something out very very hard and don’t normally let people down very often at all.

we use no one else although Nikon would do a service if you sent it to them. Hold the mirror up against the bottom of the prism and see what the shutter curtain is doing. if it looks ok shoot something long like a second or two and look at the sensor while the lens is off.
It is possible for the repair to cost more than the camera. So sit down when the quote comes in.

I did it using the basket ball needle and an air compressor to get it up to 170psi. Didn’t enjoy the experience, there was a bloke on ebay selling the IFP tool recently but I can’t see it now.
You can do the seals – oil etc without stripping the talas side down completely.

cooler weather and mixing in a good helping of pva. You don’t want it to go off too quickly.

From my visit to Cannock I drew one conclusion, It was full of total cocks! Allright they were a minority and a very small one at that, but I’ve never recieved verbal from fellow riders on any trail EVER! I’ve only been on the recieving end of friendly hello’s and plesent chat. At cannock our party of 4 had two incidents of abuse from different riders, both dressed in full face helmets. I was amazed and dissapointed, so much that I had to go and ride averywhere else to reming me how nice people are generally.

I went for a 2tb Buffalo Linkstation Live. It had so many extra features DNLA Itunes and Time Machine support, web access (though I’ve not got this to work just yet) Paied just over a ton for it which is very cheap.

I know what you mean. after my n95 i said i’d never have another, and yet here i am with a broken n86. guess i’m not a quick learner. they’ve been poor for a while. shame but the good companies survive perhaps nokia needs to just move into mobile history.

I do love an argument between clever types. The insults, when the come, are so much more challenging.

The symptoms that i have for the warning light are shuddering and loss of power during and after kick down on the auto box. Light goes out after re-starting the engine – repeat – repeat etc

I had the same problem on my Diesel Honda, traced it to a blocked Fuel filter that starved the fuel rail of Diesel when you needed the boost. Engine went into emergency ‘get you home mode’ accompanied by a christmas tree of lights. Fixed by a change the filter.

Timing belt is however a bastard. New engine from a scrappy not an option?

I made one with 2 ends and use one of the wheels on the van to get the tubeless wheel going, then re inflate with my small 12v compressor which won’t do the tubeless seating.

I’ve subtracted 10mm off the length I’ve got and reordered. It has to be accurate but not down to individual Mills.
    Sodding things.

Three yes. They’re way too long though, poking through the rim bed by as much as 9mm.

Thanks for the response. were thing is it worth flying? Were pricing it up and the two are close and we can’t be sure the numbers add up.

Can you not get hold of the 80-200 lens, the black one with the conical hood. 2.8 sharp optics and not silly money. If your not ming your living from them it’s a very expensive hobby.

With all the talk about Legacy for the venues after the games are over it doesn’t look like something I’d drive miles to ride. Perhaps the images are deceptive and it’s more interesting than it looks. However judging by what i’ve seen and read here and on other pages it’ll a make for fast times if uninteresting telly, and b; it’ll be easy to remove with a grader a week after the games close. Shame really.
Dalby was far better but too far from ‘Laundin’ for the sponsors to be interested in.
A bit of a missed opportunity.

I did it using my Bravia. The result was far from HD and lower than SD so I felt it wasn’t worth the money.

Can orange do it in the same White Orange fade, that would be nice. I really don’t ride it much but would love her to be back to her shiny glory. Kinda pointless really but Can’t decide.

I don’t remember it doing so. I empted it once and had to do a refill with a compressor but I didn’t need to when I changed the seals and oil.

Bus drivers are arseholes, been run off the road held up forced to take avoiding action so many times it’s hard to remember.
But if the driver claims he held his line and didn’t according to the video on board he’s in trouble. If the bus hit the car towards the rear he’s in trouble as it will be claimed he hit the car. The only people to get rich out of this one will be the insurance companies.

It’s the licencing that will sink this product. Itunes is a pain with DRM films. I have a Sony TV with a hard drive under it for movies but unless I pay apple 90 quid I cant watch the ones I’ve actually payed for on the television. Simple solution – I’ll buy them elsewhere. You’ve dropped the spud on this one Apple.

A mate has one and the clamp is poor, hold when t feels like it and the bonding into the post is so poor it wobblies like a cheap Upsie-downie one.

Perhaps a ‘boring surface’ might put off the 4×4 lot for simply nit being interesting to drive on. That however does not make it good to ride on either.

Need new shifters and for the money I’ll not get even a single one at that quality if the brakes were not atached. and for 17 quid I’ll give them a go. Set ordered.

i did the same thing for my epic. ebay bearing suppliers sent either incomplete sets or very basic bearings even while listing the correct ones not amused. next time for simplicity i’ll go to specialized.

Unless the battery uses a power meter or uses the third wire to run a lower power option, which is seriously overcomplicated I doubt the third pin does anything. My hope connectors have three wires/pins but only two are used.
Get some heat shrink for the repair and carefully snip the ends off not in one go mind the short might be not be so entertaining.

Dig the ground. Get seeds of stuff you want to eat and follow the instructions on the back of the packet, late feb march is a good time to plant. So you’ve not got much time.

Tempted to look into it, pardon the pun,I hate glasses especially when riding but the risk, permanent eye damage. Way way too much of a risk over minor downside of wearing glasses.
