I was not out last night, but with various closures and roadworks I have had problems getting home recently. Stilll going to be out most Monday nights though.

I don’t feel too well and going to give it a swerve tonight. Bangy head that’s not been cured by a couple of tablets and a snooze. Disappointed!!

It was commented just this weekend how we have had a dry winter so far. This is probably true, but not on Mondays seemingly!

Have to give it a miss tonight. My injured Ankle has not improved enough to ride. I did a bit too much walking yesterday and think I’ve set it back a few days. Should be fine for next week. Enjoy.

I’m not out tonight. It’s a bit far for me and I’m up early in the morning. Got some germs that are draining me of energy too, so hills are not sounding appealing.

The Conservatory is currently the bike servicing centre (yes I got permission). Bike is tuned and ready to go! Shame I am not as tuned, going to be some huffing and puffing tonight.
