You will struggle to find something quicker and easier than sketchup which gives as good results. Stick with it!

Try search the sketchup warehouse online – you will probably find a load of pre made kitchen components.

    My top sketchup tip:
Keep your model ‘clean’ by purging components, layers and colours/materials. Sketchup remembers all these details even if you have deleted the component they were used with. Your file size can become huge if you dont, even for what seems a simple model.

I used to get palpitations quite a bit, then read somewhere that it could be caused by caffeine. I was drinking about 12 cups of tea a day and just stopped. The first week was fine, but I found the week after was the headaches and feeling exhausted. And then it went – and so did the palpitations!

    My simple theory:
    1. Upper class can afford to live without working and are self supporting.
    2. Everyone else are working class!
    .
Anyone who has debt or subject to long lease agreements are working class – working to pay off the mansion/range rover/holiday home/coffee machine etc. no matter how much they want to label it as middle class to distiguish themselves from the traditional low income working class.
    .
    However…
My theory falls down when considering a beggar in the street. No mortgage, no pcp deal, don’t have to work ‘for the man’, etc. So I suppose anyone who is not having to worry where their next hot meal is coming from should consider theirselves comfortable.
    .
Forty years ago, working class people had to rent a TV and pay for it on a monthly basis because they couldnt afford to buy outright. Now renting a posh car and paying for it in the same way constitutes middle class?.
Hmmm… something doesn’t quite stack up right there.
    .
FWIW, I keep the ketchup in the fridge… just next to the beer!
    :D

No Guy in the first Supersport…
Perhaps saving the wrist for the electric bike?

I’d been wondering where the TT thread was!
    .
I don’t think Mr Honda will be too happy with Guy’s gear selector comment being publicised. As said, Mcguinness’ NW200 accident was a bit unexplained and on a fairly strange place on the circuit, and John doesn’t just fall off. I reckon Guy will have been pissed off when Brucey got the electric ride – I hope Guy has been sand bagging in practice, as if not it is surly Bruce’s race to loose.
    .
Shame about Johnston, as he was going well in practice. Pleased to see Harrison and Hickman in contention, hopefully they will keep it up for the rest of the week.
    .
Im sure Michael Dunlop will be back at the front for the next big bike race with the new Suzuki suprisingly well on the pace, but Hutchinson is consistent. The weather will spice it up…
    .
But… surly everyone is hoping William Dunlop will make his mark the 600s?!

Did you have the same problem with your last car?
What sort of character is she? Has she got ‘issues’? could it be have been done intentionally out of jelousy for your nice new very well polished car?…

    Is she called Louise?

It’s a land banking scheme ‘investment opportunity’, more commonly known as a scam…

    http://www.selfbuildportal.org.uk/land-banking-scheme-scams
    .

However if you are serious about a self build…

If you don’t know about planning laws/policies, I would strongly suggest buying a plot which already has planning approval – and even then, make sure you know what the planning conditions are as overcoming certain issues can be very costly – like proximity of services, access issues, attenuation, etc.

And that’s before looking at the site specifics like ground conditions/stability, etc.

Another Honda 4 stroke here. No messing with mixing oil etc, starts every time, obviously all strimmer are noisy but the 4 stroke is easier on the ear than the equivalent 2 stroke whine.
Think it was about 130 quid second hand off ebay.

Mine has been great. I have used it for about 3 months and it is still like new.

OP – Yours does sound duff. Did you buy from CRC? As many (me included) bought the post with the 2 yr warranty in mind, it would be good to hear how you get on with them sorting you out with a replacement.

Do you mean a Certificate, or a Colateral Warrenty?
A completion certificate is issued on completion of the building contract to the Contractor and is to demonstrate the works that form the contract have been complete in the eyes of the contract administrator.
A Colateral Warrenty passes on securities to a third party (or their lender) which were not party of the original contract. This will cover specification and design, but not hold up against defects in workmanship.

Not too sure about the weight comment as family sized frame tents are incredibly heavy campared to a ‘pole-less’ air tent.

We have a Vango Airbeam Monaco 500 which is about 400quid if you look around. I think its great.

There was a good thread on tents a couple of months back…

I’m selling a Whyte T129 that fits the bill, other than being a 30.9 seatpost. See history in profile… may take an offer?

There are obviously more bad reviews of the reverb because they outnumber the competition substantially, however the stories of people having to have several sent back in quite close succession are hard to ignore.

I’ve come to the conclusion that they are all hit and miss regardless of manufacturer. So on this basis, I have just bought the cheap Brand X (wanted stealth anyway) at £115 with the 2 year warranty – and if it last over 2 years then it has paid for itself. I’m considering it as a consumable.

These only come in 30.9 so may not be an option for the OP unless used with a shim.

Only a few outings on it so far, pretty basic but it does what it says on the tin, and as well as any other.

Edit: I’m also not a fan of the reverb button remote, so I’m running the brand x with a KS remote to sit nicely with a front shifter.

    Worth mentioning…
I went in October and the post brexit exchange rate was terrible. As a consequence it cost even more of a fortune. Trump may have actually helped this a little now however!

    Thinking of going 1×11 myself.
Does cage length matter when considering cassette size? Id be looking at 11-46.
Or is it as simple as 1x = medium, 2x = long?

As said, we got the Vango after reading reviews. They have been around a few years now and the teething issues seem to have been ironed out. I would recommend them.
This said, I would be probably only buy a new one for peace of mind.
Dont get me wrong, they can cost an absolute fortune for the bigger tents. As said, you should go have a look at some up in a camping shop etc.

We bought a Outwell Montana 6 second hand off ebay following research and reading many reviews. In reality it was an arse to pitch, especially on your own, and was actually too big. Even in the bags, it filled the car boot!
We had a look around and replaced it with a new Vango Airbeam Monaco 500.
The price of airbeams have come down loads over the last year or two and ours can be had for 400 quid if you look around. Which ever design best suits you they pitch fully in less than ten minutes.
Id suggest getting to a camping shop and having a look. Just be realistic about how much space you actually need.
