Hi Chakaping, I would say an MTB is better. Some of the roads are quite rough to be honest. I have not cycle myself in Menorca but I’m planning to do it (probably end of May or June). I don´t know if I’ll take my own bike or hire one for a few days(totvelo, bikemenorca, velosjoan). If you decide to hire make sure you contact them in advance.

I think the cami de cavalls from Cala en Bosh is ride-able.I’ve walked some parts that would be fun on the bike (descend to cala Macarella or Mitjana for example).

There are some companies, as well, that offer guided rides (even one from cala en Bosh):

I think they all speak English but if you have any problem let me know and I’ll contact them on your behalf.

I’ll try to send you a few gpx/kml and links for maps tomorrow, I’m quite busy now sorry.

    Where are you staying??

There is a bridle path that circumnavigates the island, MTBing is permitted on it. Most of it off road, with plenty of singletrack and sand, lots of short steep ups and downs and very, very scenic. Some parts are rideable, some are not at all. In general the North is pretty technical and remote, the South less so…It’s called Cami de Cavalls. Basically you will be cycling from one beach/cove to the next one.

    Try wikiloc for routes…

And if you feel very strong, this

Also, Dr Ashenden did testify about the transfusion theory. He could not testify though about the use of phthalate-free bags for transfusion of plasma.

You can find locals on this forum:

    foromtb

    Go to the “enduro” section.
Or try the routes section (rutas y quedadas)for your area (Zona Levantina, Comunidad Valenciana, Región de Murcia)

    A bit cheaper

    http://www.decathlon.co.uk/EN/diosaz-17-raid-67870492/ for 17 litres or

http://www.decathlon.co.uk/EN/diosaz-27-raid-67869411/ for 27 litres (I think this one will compress down)

+3 for MB7, I've been today in a course with Andy and was great. My GF thinks the same. I can recommend you to book a private course for two people, it's more or less the same price and you've got the teacher just for you…that's what we did.
