Trail rat, if you check on the endomondo website, it'll tell you if the phone is compatable on the download mobile app page… The Nokia E71 is by the way.

    Headfirst,
you decide how the phone tracks the route with GPS..I do the route and then upload the route manually on wifi when back at the house.. You can do live tracking with internet set to 'on'.

    If anyone is interested…

Way I would do it is have everyone ride the course by themselves flat out ala time trial , but with big gaps between riders setting off so no one gets caught.

With these times, work out estimated time for x number of laps, then set the handicap accordingly. Not very tech, but it is early monday morning.

Edit: garlic and jedi are apparently covered in felled logs – haven't ridden these recently but I think they are still there. One of the guys is going in to do some clearance at some point so you might be ok.

Garlic is cleared of these "big up to the clent duffers massiv'", Jedi was not logged on Sunday.

I pull the old bearings out using a combo of an old front QR skewer, and a selection of various socket set ends. Hard to discribe how it works with out pics but here goes..

Skewer….. with selction of larger than the bearing to be pulled out socket sets resting against frame / swingarm etc …. bearing to be pulled out….. smaller socket( or just Skewer cap) set to nest against inside of bearing.

wind up all the slack on the QR lever..BUT have the QR lever in the open position..

When all slack taken up, close the QR lever…this action wil pull bearing out of frame. Depending on depth of bearing, you might have to repeat this step a few times.

You won't freeze but don't expect to sweat either. Bag rating is like bike sizing, ie non standard. Also what kit will you be wearing in the bag ( Non pervert Q, honest!!) See about grabbing a silk liner too, this will make a bit of difference to the temp rating.
