Thing to note, at 10 mile marker, canal goes into another tunnel so 2 miles on the road before you can pick it up again. Then it’s canal and cycle path markrs through Lea valley.. If you re heading for the east side of Brum..

Yeap, where the tunnel starts, just cross over the road , there is a house on other side of the road on the left about 10 meters down. There is a little footpath about 6 meters in length.. That will spit you out onto the dual carriage way.
You can see some steps on other side of carriage way, aim for them. Cross that field..
You are then onto a road junction, go straight over. Follow road to t junction, go left, then 1st right..down that road about 20 meters past canal boat hire place..there is a cutting in the hedge.. You can pick up the canal there and go along to Alvechurch etc..

Been doing Taekwondo now for a couple of months (which has pointed out that cycling and martail arts are not the best of bedfellows, with having hamstrings measured in nanometres due to cycling) do a couple of the formal structured classes a week, but have a friday night mash up, which is free sparring for 90 minutes.
Apart from being thoroughly knackering , having the shite kicked out of you by all the higher grades for 5 mins at a time has shown me all little sneaky ways of getting the fast kicks and punches in.

Got the HTC one S last week. Chose it as a replacement to the desire. Could have gone for the one x but the physical size put me off. Even though it is the quad core and 32 gig capacity. The one S is ‘only’ dual core and 16 gig. Although only 10 gig is useable storage. Which is fine for me… Also you get 2 years of 25 gig storage via dropbox… But the big thing is how ace the camera is…so sodding fast. Multipule shots just by holding the button done,slow mo vid function etc etc…
