Taking both on the specific advice of the consultant who replaced my left ACL some 8 years ago. Low daily dose, no ill effects; whether there’s any real benefit – who knows but at nearly 68 I’m still riding rough stuff regularly 🙂

Always the same in school hols – fervent digging with me dad’s spade, cans/bottles everywhere – then abandoned until the next school break!

I’m less than a mile from Cademan, it’s drying up slowly after the wettest I’ve known it for 15 years.

Go early/late, avoid big groups as it’s all cheeky and be chatty to the locals – most of them are friendly-it’s good local fun, but avoid the all pervading dog toffee 🙂

Right – in view of the several reports we’ve had and in the light of information derived from search engines, this thread is going to be locked.

We’ve asked the OP for an explanation of his motives in coming to Singletrack for guidance on a NHS dispute.

    Please see your GP.

These were my symptoms – blood in urine after a days riding in Clumber 2007. Referred to Urologist >flexible cystoscopy and removal of several small cancerous cysts from my bladder under general, histology showed they were low grade; followed up by a dose of chemotherapy, and temporary catheterisation (quite fun to be able to piss in the middle of Sainsbury’s!)

Follow up cystoscopy after 6 months and then a further eruption 18 months on, resulting of laser removal of more cysts, (and Prostate rebore at the same time)

All OK now and hopefully final cystoscopy check in December this year.

I can’t emphasise how important it can be to get this checked out – the condition can be largely symptomless other than the passing of blood.

    Email me if you wish,

Been around for ages. Several dealings with them over the years – never a problem and always helpful!

You’ll see them at many race meetings during the season too!

Recently unbidden medium hard ano ML-7 with DUC’s and very high spec here too!

    In totally as new condition.

On the point of punting it, but probably would need to split I think?

    Shall we form a club?

£3.5 k off mine, but no Px and a wait from August 2010 until late Jan 2011!

Prices have hardened now because of demand and lack of available stocks of diesels in particular

    +1 for forge197.

I ‘ve a 20 month old CR170 Yeti Elegance, bought new after a long wait and replacing a 170PD Golf .

It’s not the most spacious vehicle, but it is very versatile and I can whip the rear seats out in 2 minutes and turn it into a very quick van!
For solo bike trips I carry it inside with front wheel and seatpost out, more than one bike, I use my Atera Strada tow ball rack.
Amongst the extras I specced (this is a ‘keeper’, BTW) was the heated front screen. Yes in sunny conditions you can see the elements from certain angles, but I don’t see that as an issue.
My car lives outside. I love the heated screen. From heavily iced to clear in less than 3 minutes!
40mpg since new, driven briskly with Revo map > 208 ps and other mods!
