won tickets to see the streets At manchesters acadamy, the most painfull hour and a half ive ever had to injure.utter shite from start to finish.

one of the best gigs i went to was public enemy at the town and country club in camden town laaandon. walked up to the door to be greeted by the 5 biggest black doorman youve ever seen in your life.for them all to turn round at once as we openend the door.and the first thing one of them said was youve got to be kidding homez,as they all burst out laughing, quick conversation as to where we were from "manchester"said i cool said the 5 doorman as he opened the main door to the venue we were the only 3 white people out of about600, at no point on the drive down did we ever think about the fact this may not be the gig for us,2 or 3 very quick conversations with the doorman by a few people as to who the F))K we were.every body has a good laugh. we have a banging nite job done.must admit for some reason the first 30 seconds were a bit squeaky bum time if you no what i meen.

had one for 8mths. not a bad bike but all ways felt a little perched on top and not sat in it (if that makes sense)tyre clearence was a pain, allways swaping tyres, like people have said it will take a 2.25 but the clearence is tiny, sold the carbon rear end and got the ally one,and i agree with easygirl "seemed to blow through the travel too quickly"with a dhx shock so bought a rp23 for it.all though this helped a lot i never felt happy with it,striped it down and still got £725 for the frame so not a painfull experiance really.

fantastic piece of kit had one for about 6mths now and its been money well spent, as said above not haveing to turn round to see what your child is doing is a massive bonus, plus your nipper doesnt have to adopt that side ways lean to see whats going on.never had a problem with legs splayed out as you can slide it forward a little, there is two plastic brakets inside the main fixing point that can be pushed out to fit larger diametr head tubes, the seat seems comfy enough for the little one and he thinks that because he can touch the bars,he is doing the rideing,by him one of those honk honk horns(ones that sound like a duck)and you wont stop laughing as people turn round to give you that"was that nessasery look" only to find your little one doing all the beep beeping.also a top tip for quick change by another seat post then all you have to do is undo the front bracket undo seat clamp and slide the whole thing of takes no time at all.only real gripe is that rideing out of the saddle is a little uncomfy, but not a real issue.if you want a helmet ive got a brand new one you can have for the price of postage(we both bought one on the same day and shops will not exchange helmets for safty reasons) i also bought some pedals that are speeds one side and normal on the other just gives you that extra confidance when out with nipper but also means you dont have to change pedals when you want to go out on your own.

starting in the large planter from left to right.all these can be sown now,

beetroot (pablo f1 strain) can be harvested as baby beets or left to grow on,fantasticly easy to grow and taste mega.

carrot (parmex strain) small dumpy carrot that taste amazeing, and very easy to grow.

radish (cherry bell strain)super easy to grow and raddishes are mega.

lettuce (little gem strain) small in size takes up very little room very easy to grow.

mizuna (much nicer than rocket)slight mustard/pepper flavour small leaf for salad or let it grow on and use in stirfrys and alike.

All the above can be harvested, from late summer onwards, try planting seed at weekly intervels so there not all ready at once,if you no what i mean.

in the top planter again from left to right,i would go for herbs.all these can be sown now and harvested when ready.

common sage, chives, oregano, rosemary, coriander, and apple mint make sure you put a piece of hard board between the mint and all the other herbs idealy planting at the end of the planter as its quite invasive.

also you may not be aware but you can grow tomatoes upside down in hanging baskets, this eradicates a lot of parasites and infections ,they also look really smart, and seem to grow quicker with less skin split.imho

the reason i say left to right will help to increase yeild whilst protecting some plants from insects.
