@ poopscoop. I don’t think it’s the omelettes a 4 egg omelette only contains 25 g of protein.

I eat 3 omelettes a week with bacon, cream cheese, and mushrooms fried in butter it’s the added fat that stops the hunger.

Eating too much protein on a low carb diet, will cause the liver to convert the amino acids found in protein into sugar, this can seriously halt your weight
loss And spike insulin causing premature hunger.

Reduce your protein intake a little, increase your fat intake, and lots and lots of salad /Veges.

Have you thought about intermittent fasting, this is something I started last week and has been a huge help in weight loss, but also given me more energy as the body runs on fat.

Oh and don’t forget, you’ve lost a stone in 3 weeks, you feel better, you’ll look better and there’s more to come.

molgrips im riding around 8 maybe 12 miles a day i dont ride at weekend due to family. and i ride on an empty stomach. i haven’t bonked either which is nice.

Theotherjonv. tonight i will have

Large greek salad with full fat feta cheese plus 2 tbsp of olive oil.

4 slices of crispy pan fried bacon chopped up put on salad.

1 beef burger made using 80/20 mince. coriander, fresh chilli, white onion.

Slice of full fat cheddar cheese.

Pudding will be a peanut butter cookie.

I also drink a glass of mineral water before I eat,to this I have added 2tsp Apple cider vinegar, 1tsp lemon juice,1tsp cranberry juice. it has something to do with acetic acid.

Same as above, fantastic explanation trickydisco.

I started my low carb plan 3 weeks ago I’ve lost a stone already,

my energy levels have gone through the roof, i sleep much better, concentration levels have really improved.

70% of my calories come from fat, 20% from protein 5% from carbohydrates. or

185 grams of Fat per day, 84 grams of protein a day 15 grams of carbs a day.

Im now down to one meal a day, which was strange at first, but i found as the days went by i started to need fewer meals.

Something else i didnt know about was the “Insulin index for food” this has been my biggest help.

one thing to remember is, its not a diet its a lifestyle change,

I never said put a size 18 hook on 6lb line, I said buy the hooks i listed in the appropriate sizes.

If you had checked you would see the breaking strains start from 2lb and go up to 5lb.

This give the op a very good range and size of fish to target without a large outlay for specialised tackle,

Like i said if he takes worms maggots and bread he can adjust the hook size accordingly to his bait.

2 worms wont fit on a size 18 whereas 2 worms on a size 14 will.

2 maggots on a size 14 will look ridiculous but perfect on a size 18.

Quick change of Hook to nylon and you’re fishing in minutes.

Think roach perch bream and if you catch anything else its a bonus,

I wouldn’t like to be casting a swim-feeder out on 3lb line it would wear to quickly and become brittle, better to have stronger main line and change hook length diameter.

If you set the clutch on you reel you never lose your rod as it gives line on demand,

Lets hope the fish didn’t get tethered on some snags and die from exhaustion trying to free its self from a rod and reel + hook.

Roughly how much were your different conversion kits?
A Bafang 48V 750W BBS02 Ebike Kit with a colour screen,a gear change sensor and a 36tooth leccy bling

ring will cost just over £415 from Here

You could get the 1000w HD Bafang, but i think it will be far to heavy for your wife’s occasional bike ride.

You can then buy a data cable that gives you the option to reduce the top speed but still keep all the torque.

You then need a battery and charger, you could order from em3ev at the same time as they have a very good reputation in building batteries, i personally was just worried that if anything went wrong it was a long way to return it, and most couriers classed it as hazardous so was expensive to post.

In the end i used a company called Insat International click on BGA reworking/E bike have look at what cells they have and then email them.

A 48v copper connected 17.5 AH battery in a dolphin case is £400 to £500 depending on cells and charger.

Ive done nearly 1800 miles on my bafang in under a year and no complaints.

No , and the approach to the roundabout can be a little slow at peak times, due to new lanes being created.

I was there yesterday, and suspect your colleagues will have a field day with £200, so much choice.

You wont be able to run 11 speed with your 48T ring, due to the way your 48T Ring sits on your motor, It throws the chain out of line to much you might even struggle with 10 speed on the standard 48T

You will be able to run 10 speed if you buy the leccy bling ring,as when mounted on your motor it sits further inboard giving you a better starting chain line.

I run
1 x 10 slx shifter
1 x 10 xt clutch mech
1 x 11 42 cassette sram

Buy a sheet of 2mm ply board, and cut it into lengths slightly wider than your traps,

Screw two traps back to back at one end of the ply, bait them, and poke it through the loft hatch,

Fan them out across your loft eves, when they go off you can just grab the ply,

If the angle into the loft isn’t to steep, you could dust the ply with a little flour and see if you get any foot prints. bigger the print, bigger the problem.

Same as Trail_rat, i went down the bafang route, ordered from em3 ev, arrived within 10 days, had to pay a little bit of customs £25.

You might be forced into buying the bbshd 1000w motor,

I wanted to fit a bbs02 750w with a 100mm bb but was advised by em3 ev that their might be some issues with clearing the chain stays.

After quite a bit of research This proved to be correct, so i ordered the hd 120mm fat bike one,

This needed no shims to make it fit, i didn’t have to start adding washers behind chainrings to get the correct chain line,or use a punch to dint the chain stay,

Unlike trail_rat, my top tip is make sure you get a 17.9ah battery, just get it made into a dolphin case instead of a frame bag, fat bikes are heavy mine weighs well over 55lb un-loaded. ( surly moonlander. )

The battery fixes to one of the water bottle mounts and you still have room for a small frame bag.

I purchased a data cable and like Trail_rat have limited the top speed to 15.5 mph but made all the torque available i can cover 45 miles offroad before i need to charge it.

I built mine to help bailiff a Private syndicate carp lake and its been perfect.

Pie-minister on church street is good, and Sugar Junction on Tib Street sells nice cake and coffee, both are 5 minute,s away from Piccadilly as is Matt and Phreds jazz club.

if you visit the football museum, Manchester cathedral is just round the corner, which means you could then pop into Proper tea opposite for more cake.

walk down Deansgate and call in at the John Rylands library a truly fantastic building, continue up Deansgate until you reach dimitris greek restaurant turn right and the MOSI is at the bottom.

Duke street has got the remains of a roman fort, and a nice bit of green space to sit and chill.

The canal is just in front of the roman fort, if you take the rochdale canal towpath back towards Canal Street, you could call in the Richmond tea room for more cake.

Just spent 11 hours in A + E with my 64 year old dad who is suffering from acute dementia,

he,s type 2 diabetic and was placed into emergency EMI care 1 weeks ago today, after my mum had a stroke

the so called care home forgot to tell the staff he was diabetic on the shift changeover so he had a hypo and assaulted another patient,

so they popped him in an ambulance on his own and sent him to A + E it took the care home 3 hours before they told me, and when they did, it was to inform me that they’ve decide they don’t want him back.

Ive now got to explain to mum at some point, that my dad dads homeless because he’s not aloud to be on his own. he cant come live with me because he’s now registered as violent.

hes now sectioned under the ment health act my brother said he,s just got in and is going to chill for a bit.

and my sister said it to much and she cant deal with it.

i feel like my heads going to explode

The white transit van is in a lane thats right turn only,

Lights change,

Van is quicker than HGV and manages to nip in front.

Ricky Hatton on the other hand is not, as the lane narrows he,s pinched on the outside

The roads narrows and battle commences.

Whippets are mega, although you may find 1 is not enough.

You might want to think about having his dew claws removed whilst there still soft.

it can cause terrible damage to a whippets leg if it gets pulled off.
