Got mine through – seems a bargain for the £35 I paid.

I got a size small and it fits okay but is snug, probably should have gone for the medium but i can live with it!!

I flew with emirates last christmas and they were really good about taking a bike – it’s included in your allowance. I flew from manchester and they just make you put it on a separate trolley before you board. The Australian customs do give it a good looking over so make sure it’s spotless.

Got the Polaris Bike Pod and took it to Aus. Works well and offers decent protection, it’s in good nick still after the journey. The only downside I would say is the lack of handle which means pulling it around is a bit of hassle – you have to use the strapping.
