I used a guy in pinxton to do a transition vagrant but had to get it dipped and stripped elsewhere, I can’t remember the name but they are on brook hill industrial estate

Nothing negative BA Nana just laughing at myself that I discounted the Navara pickup as the load bay is 5ft and my rod bag is over 6 foot , I didn’t know about the tax being cheaper and it was the reason I binned the pathfinder, they are cheaper to buy too so I’m just here kicking myself 😀

Why didn’t I buy a Navara then Nana? Could have saved me 250 quid a year taxing it- oh yeah my fishing rod hold all wouldn’t fit in the load area

Factor in money for gas Central heating as soon as you move in , had them in an earlier bungalow I had and they were expensive and also ran out of heat very quickly

Patching plaster for any bad bits but use a wet plasterers trowel( about a tenner) to tidy it up otherwise sanding will cause you to have dust for months
Steam stripper 25 quid earlex hobbies does a good job

I had a Pathfinder which is essentially the same – never again, thirsty, expensive on parts, rolled and crashed around , needed a mortgage for road tax, low thirties at best mpg down to 25mpg normal driving

Agreed frontline services would need to be spread over the weekend but everything else is just conditioning and expectation
Retail used to be 9-5.30 with late night Thursday and Friday
Half day closing Monday or weds and no Sunday
We just expect as consumers to be able to buy stuff whenever we need it
Any business with appointments could be managed to a four day week

I’m sure if it was your bike you would like some info Tom Howard, who rides a DH bike round the high street? surely if you can afford a bike like that you would have an XC bike for normal duties.

Maybe just maybe I’m right but if I am not then no harm done

Saw one in North Notts too if anyones had one pinched this way on, ridden by a bloke who didnt look like the kind of guy you would see on such a high spec bike- it was a large or maybe even xl with green SC lettering on the downtube, not the kind of bike you see ridden down the high street usually, email in profile for exact sighting location

Space planning department innit, as said before it maybe a funded move or more likely a refresh of layout, most store staff hate it as its a big job to move whole aisles.
This time of year they will be condensing sections so they can fit all the associated christmas sections in like Biscuits, snacks etc plus the baking range will extend with all the xmas baking range

The packing of the wound was the worst bit for me, especially as the nurse was fit , funny how your cock decides to dissapear when pain is expected

Dont ignore it – had one in same place and it got bigger and swelled all the way up to my pubic bone like a long sausage.
Put me in hospital for surgery and 6 weeks of open wound draining and packing- not nice

Bought at 2 years old and sold this year at 10 years old- best car I ever had , no more than a clutch and a slave cylinder plus the normal brakes etc, I so miss her and regret selling
The YOY number plate used to make me laugh buy never went wrong for it to be justified

    I wouldn’t buy a 2 , the shape leaves me cold

Same here from Winstanleys on my Mega, it makes sense to futureproof yourself for both sizes, no issues reported just use abit of carbon paste to enable less force for clamping

    Dear OP,

You have made our day, on top of a great thread read , dozens of male STWers now feel so much better about their own relationships , many thanks( toddles off to make missus a cuppa and gives her a cuddle)

My tuppence ha’ppeny – ring finance company explain situation and possibly give the car back , DONT go back to her as she is gonna shaft you financially and emotionally
Another one will be along soon enough who will actually respect monogomy

Had roofbox on my freelander( see pic in camping for a week thread) came back from France and had to do a few tip runs, I loaded up the car with the stuff for the tip and drove over to it – as I was going through the barrier there was an almighty crash and I had forgot about the roofbox .
I really thought I would have rippled the roif but luckily the bar had hit the front of the box and bounced up on its chains
No damage but the 30 sets of eyes looking at me made me feel a right chump

How about a second set of forks that are 140mm and keep the 160mm BOS for uplift days etc
Itdoes sound like the A2C height is too much for the bike .
