Expensive but look at rubber stable flooring- very thick and heavy but would withstand most things

Now back in a normal shoe for the first time since June , still hurts but I now feel I am getting stronger and the pain isn’t as bad – here’s hoping to a few great weeks of getting back to normality

Thanks for all your replies, I feel a bit better that I’m just going to have to suck it up for as long as it takes, I rested it all weekend just gone and it felt much better yesterday morning so the swelling is obviously causing the pain rather than some other problem.
I am told that I may have problems like the two screws holding the cup together will probably break and the plate on my fib may give problems and could be removed if needed

I can’t believe no-one has broken an ankle on here before!!

Wollaton Hall is worth a look,galleries of justice, caves as well. go further afield and try Newstead Abbey and Hardwick Hall although it’s better when a bit warmer
Chatsworth worth a look too but obviously not in Notts

Fishing has more genres than cycling
Here’s a quick basic rundown:

I remeber Japan,Visage and early Human League as being at them forefront of it all with others jumping on the band wagon like Spandau Ballet ,Ultravox etc
You have to remember this was a scene with certain ringleaders (Steve strange and pals) with some now well known faces / bands hanging around in the right places.
The same happened 10 or so years earlier with punk with Vivienne Westwoods/ Malcolm McClarens shop sex being a hub for people to meet share ideas form bands and whatever, many of the folk of the day just all moved in the samecircles

400k to sort out a nice house and toys plus a few quid in the bank and then the rest on houses to rent out- say 4 or 5 starter homes probably new ones for around 120k each ( you can do this in the Midlands) say 500 pcm = 2500 minus taxes means a nice income plus probably work another 10 years til I’m 60

Two caymen were dropped on the island but there are more, they are not allowed to eat the turtle as it’s an endangered species( although you would in a real life situation) the water was also topped up due to it drying out , also the yucca plants were also provided as extra to what was already there ( indigenous) it’s all on the website for c4 under terms so in my eyes they are at least being transparent

It’s all relative, if you have a well drained flat area then grass all the way
I have a three tier small garden two dogs and it’s poorly drained and it’s shaded in areas most of the day- I’ve re turfed three times in the last ten years and it still looks shite
Next year I will go for fake grass- best I can afford

Get a kit that checks Nitrates and nitrites as well as PH and Ammonia, it won’t help your fish but it will help you get the balance right in the pond long term
Have a word with your local pond supply retailer or a specialist, be prepared for the worst though they will probably recommend a broad spectrum antibiotic to help the fish
Remember that this time of year the temp is rising and in turn problems start appearing with parasites etc

Well we has a door fitted into our garage so I could chuck the washer in there and that was £500 including chopping out door space , lintel in and fitting regulation spec fire door and all trimming work like replastering etc

I’m dot and dabbing myself in the next 12 months and a new floor covering in but essentially it will still be a garage if needed

We have a 3 and an air, to be honest there’s not much in it apart from being slightly heavier and also bigger for the same screen size, I don’t mind which one I pick up they both do the job

I bought the Makita 18v 3ah drill a couple of weeks ago, to get round the battery issue I also bought the portable vacuum cleaner which runs the same battery and is great for odd bits of floor cleaning on wood floors and kitchen etc we have two dogs and it’s great for getting dog hairs up even if it is very basic it keeps the battery in use
Vacuum was around 40 quid off ebay( new) and I got the drill from Wickes for £129 with one battery
