I have been using the alpha rims and they have been really good with no dents at all and my riding is not what you would call smooth….

It’s a way of getting through a price increase for one.

A supplier can stop making a product anytime they wish (in this case 2L), they can then introduce a new product or pack format and charge what they wish (usually more for less c. +10% price increase) this way they can increase profit mid year and mid contract without having to negotiate with the customer.

A similar thing has just happened with companies moving from charging £35 for 12l of syrup to now only making 7l packs and charging around £30.

    Cheers

    Hey

The best thing to do is head to biketart in Elam valley, Adam who owns the shop will be able to point you in the right direction and let you know where the trails are.

Everything is running great at the moment

    Have fun

    Hey,

I get an aggravated sciatic nerve, I have found core work, stretching and being mobile help massively.

I tried the GP and chiropractor but found a sports physiotherapist worked best for me.

Unfortunately what works for one person doesn’t always work for the next.

Hope you get it all sorted mate, it can be a right pain (badum tish!)

Nothing was visible, just put it down to them picking the most expensive car in the car park and trying their luck!

Hey, it was the car park just up from the windmill, all the contents were in the drivers door pocket, they didn’t take my Garmin which was in the same pocket or my platinum wedding band which was on the dash!

Pretty crappy but hey ho! Will keep my stuff. On me next time!

Hey, we have had our cat on a year long course of chemo and she has been fine, one more to go and she is all clear!

Just remember that no matter how bad it is there is always hope.

I have had one for 2 years and think its brilliant! Had it at 160 for the first year and now have it in 140, never feels out of its depth and I have given it a proper hammering (15 metre drops etc) and its still stif and light although looks a title tatty now tho! You should go and Demo one, biketart have a demo one.

I had a pair for a year and they were ok until I replaced the rear rim then they fell to bits and needed constant re truing. The free wheel was ok but they aren’t very well sealed, needed new bearings every six months. They do look cool though………

eurgh! they look rubbish, are expensive and heavy and not very robust (my friend who works for a bike shop went out on a test ride with teh distributor and snapped the own brand forks, he only weighs 11 stone)
also i dont see the point in it, you are buying a jack of all trades and master of none bike, just get some talas forks, they do teh same thing but woudl actually work.
    rant over.

i have had a Gaggia evolution for about two years now and it has been ace, good coffe and the steam wand thingys is really gooy for frothing etc.

think it was about £250 which is fairly reasonable for a proper coffe machine.

went there a couple of years back and it was ok, not that much variety though, all pretty open. there seemed to be very little tail maintinance, breaking bumps everywhere!
I would personally not go back, there are other far better places with loads more (portes du soleil etc)

it would be a sure fire way no ruin any re-sale value your frame may have if you hack saw them off, plus you can gaurantee it will void any warranty you have. leave em on, they probably only weigh a few grams!

i think you art tarring (no pun inteded) all smokers with the same shitty stick! I am a smoker and always ask people if they mind when i am outside at a resteraunt. if they say no thats fine. it is like everything, a little bit of manners is all it takes. if you dont like some one smoking if you are eating, tell them in a polite manner and i can pretty much gaurentee they will put it out.
