So the guy was basically mugged but also happened to have GTA on him at the time? Not exactly a result of the game…is there no news or good news to bother reporting?!

Id rather not give the game away…but have a feeling a diagram at the top of the cable car ride maybe on my to do list.

Hmmmm…not done many missions…found the mountain bikes, a parachute, some letters…but no weapons (apart from killing people to get them)…oh and a couple of stunt jumps…hopefully will get better.

Actually my bday is friday…but feels like today.

Did an acl tear last feb. Doc said i could keep cycling, but no footie. Still debating an op as somedays it can be quite sore in both knees as one is compensating for the other.

Waiting patiently for the postie to arrive…taken the week off work especially. Now where is that bloody postie!!!!!

SLX+ & XT+ here. No noticeable performance difference i can feel so far. Think the parallelograms are different metals which accounts for the weight difference.

Got a Charge Scoop to try out on my second bike…which feels comfy so far but not really tested enough to form a good opinion.

Pacestar front 26psi and trailstar rear 28psi on a HT…no issues in the loose and wet roots. I did find they needed quite a bit of bedding in though, but once scuffed up they gripped really well…albeit a bit draggy.

Far better than the Purgs I was running.

Think a 2.2 option would be better for all round use which is why I ended up with a set of RQs too.

This is what I love about Cotic threads…we all pitch in about what we think, feel and fear and the actual manufacturer (cheers Cy) helps us put our minds at ease, tells us as he sees it…rather than the mass marketing lot who do not appear to give one iota about customer insight…but base everything on supposed innovation and then shove it down our throat whether we want it or not.

I wind mine down thinking the lower sanctions will be kept more lubricated…no idea if this is right or not.

I also try to keep the forks upside down to help too…again no idea if this is correct…as you’re not supposed to keep you brakes upside down.

Loco – what’s your advice on trying to fix the brake dive factor on my 2012 110/140 talas. Add more fluid?

650b might be here to stay, but it’s taken 29ers a couple of years to get sorted…so I’d wait a couple of years.

You can always buy a new Soul and sell it at decent price a year from now if in good nick….but I’d still keep it.

That said the new Pace steel 650b looks good…but customer service as good a Cy…?

Trying to get a ‘push’ kit for my DRCV from TFTuned…but all out at the mo.

I’m not that heavy but seem to bottom out quite a lot. Tried increasing the pressure like you but it ended up as harsh as a HT!

I use the cheapo version and encase myself in bubble wrap.
