They have the charge damper, just no pedal setting…so open and lock. I never use my pedal setting tbh. The 380 is in euros by the way not £…so quite a bit less! Just remember to add 10 euros for postage too.
Mike – I kind of suspected that the web page was wrong anyway so was actually expecting OEM and was happy to pay the asking price (never seen these ones before in all black, and the white ones are over £600 in most places). When they arrived I just pointed out their web page was incorrect and needed updating (wasnt complaining) and I get return email apologising and advising me of the refund. Most places I encounter require you to make a definitive complaint…these guys just took it upon themselves to sort it immediately.
Mr Northwind…you’ve now pissed on my parade! I didn’t get any seals. In effect the refund does just cover the pump and seal kit. Oh well…still happy overall as they look mint on my Ti Slackline
What bike is it? Does already have a low BB? My CTD just doesn’t do my Bandit justice for the same reason you mention. You could try spacers or a push tune?
Mine are OEM so no pump or star nut, they also have the rct3 sticker on them but are rc’s, which I kind of expected but their advert was totally misleading. Still happy as I never use the pedal setting on my other pikes anyway and a star nut is only a couple of £s. Just glad they’re adjustable…and all black!
That I didn’t know…but I find my rct3 pikes are working pretty well without a token and 2-3 extra psi above the guide for my weight…so hopefully there won’t be an issue (fingers crossed)
