    Having ridden the following:
MTB – Enve XC, LB XC and 38mm wide
Road – Enve Smart 3.4, Farsport 38mm and LB 35mm

I can report there was no difference in ride or feel (I have yet to find out what a ‘dead’ wheel feels like) between ENVE MTB wheels. However on road the 3.4 do hold their speed better and this is due to the design and not the Enve Carbon.

My Enve wheels can with bikes on stock build, keeping my road rims but sold my MTB rims. As for the quality / finish it hard to tell the difference. Also the Enve internal nipples are a pain.

i had a similar problem with two Dura Ace 9000 cassettes – bike shop replaced it with a SRAM red as they were sick of dealing with DA cassettes. All sorted.

i owned an audi and the interior was lovely (i have never met loddrik, apparently he dosent like me!) now a BMW and the interior is also nice.

Most ‘premium’ cars these days are nice places to be in – if you like the feeling of being inside a piece of coal.

Shackleton – I have their 35mm built onto some extralite hubs at 1200grams. Great wheels, but now up for sale as I have been fortunate enough to land myself a supersix which comes with enves. Let me know if interested. I have ridden them once for 50 miles!

they weigh 1110 grams and tubeless ready – drop me an email if you want to discuss further.

Before I get flamed by people who get their calculators / spreadsheets out, I was incorrect in my weight calc, it should read 1203 grams.

Also, if I was on a project like yours, this would be my build choice:

    Bars, stem – MCFK
    Post – MCFK
Saddle – Selle Italia Kit Carbonio or ALM Fabric
Pedals – Dura Ace or Ultegra

BTW 38mm clinchers from Farsport, with DTSwiss Hubs have been brilliant for over two years, sold them and the bike a few days ago. They will be missed.

or…. do what I did and buy an Piaggio MP3500 – its classified as a trike and you don’t need to do anything as it can be ridden on a car license. I have been commuting for 5 months and love it.

i was very fortunate to have a pair for demo few months ago (was looking to replace my Meridian DSP 5200).

Very very impressive but the music is very ‘in your face’ – forced. I tried them for a week and decided to keep my 5200’s.

Slightly off topic but has anyone trialed Roon for managing their music library with Tidal integration. I am coming to the end of the 2 week trial period and very impressed. Its making me listen to music I had forgotten about!

Audiophiles use music to listen to HiFi.

STW’ers use trails to ride bikes, ordinary folk use bikes to ride trails!

A buyer review – bought one from these guys a few months ago with install – in brown. They came, installed, were super friendly to wife, cat and son.

Feels really secure and does what it says on the box. Great product and service.

so, a country heavily in debt which dosent want to pay it back, has a poor taxation system and a lot of ‘fakelaki’ about to vote it self out of the Eurozone.
