Sounds flooded.can be a nightmare to get going.remove plugs and fuel pump fuse crank over with plugs out to clear cylinders.clean plugs refit crank again with fuse still out should fire and die.then put fuse back in and try.also possible timing belt jumped a tooth.is it just a non start or did it cut out?

Ive had a set of devilles for about six months.after about two months they started playing up.loosing travel and sticking.i bought them when r53 were a service centre but when fault developed they were no longer servicing and were no help whatsoever.tried contacting bos direct.still waiting on reply!!after about ten emails.
ended up sending to j tech who were very helpful and sorted for£60.
still shouldnt have to be paying to fix new forks.
In summary they are good forks but i wouldnt buy again unless they have a uk service centre.

    BOS customer service SUCKS!

Not really worth traveling to yet.lots of sections built but all dead ends.i presume the last thing they will do is link it all together.all the original trails are manky and cut up by the machinery.looks like its going to be really good but at the moment it is a building site!

just got my devilles back from jtech was a having a few probs which should have been a warranty issue but due to no uk service centre i used jtech.very good to deal with forks now feel great!!..didnt charge much more than it would have cost me to post forks to ireland.
spoke to mad elk wasnt convinced! they said they had just got back from bos after being trained. They didnt have any tools or spares yet!.
sent six emails to bos to see what to do with forks none replied to.
great forks….crap customer service would put me off buying again.hope someone in the uk takes on the distribution soon.

Did glen ample today.Nice day out dont think ill rush back but enjoyed it all the same. The cycle path back is boring. When we got to the forestry commision cabins we followed the stank glen route up the back of ben ledi and back down..that was cracking!

ill try that other one next time didnt see it last night.

check for smoke coming out of exhaust on crank.usually a good sign if fuel is getting into engine.what kind of engine is it.common rail?? or old school pump.if old style pump check cut off solenoid for power and operation.also worth a spray of easy start see if engine will fire up.some diesels can be a nightmare to start if you have ran them out of fuel.check for glo plug and engine man light good sign of electric fault if missing.
