you can mix other makes with shimano but not sure with sram ,i would imagine you can just make sure the chain ring bolts ate the same distance, it stopped my chain suck winter problems 😀

i run steel deore rings in the winter on the inner two and dont get barely any chain suck, the alloy rings are ba night mare in our mud 😆

iv been reviewing lots of these bike pretty much every thing that has been mentioned,i really want the higher front end for the more relaxed all day ride, but i keep coming back to the super six,i have test rode the scott cr1 . very comfortable ride , will be testing the super six next week looking forward to that ,thanks for every bodies input more the better 🙄

hi i use rudy horus ,i took them into spec savers and they fitted the lenses into the frame inserts , brilliant job ,i think it cost about £80.00 .iv also got transition lenses they work very well 😀

rode the gr5 from mont blanc back to morzine, first lift up mont brevent ,over three mountains and back to robo’s before closing . a 11 hour ride, definetly the hardest ride but awesome. one desent on goat track switch backs took over an hour , brilliant ride .

nealglover your right its the top of col du cou left handed back down to champery . its a foot path only , its quite techy in places and very close to some sheer egdes .a good route if you can clean clo du cou you would be allowed to ride had great fun .

ha some people need to get out more lol

inners tough climb but well worth when you get to the top and great big smiles all the way down. so we done it again ,highly recommend it .

i took a chance on these last year bought one pair, used them three or four times bloody brilliant ,i now own three pairs ,good value probably made in the same factory. very please 😆
