Bizango is a great bike and well worth upgrading, only the frame left on mine, but what a frame.

Got the old model (26″ wheel) other than that same bike. Had it for two years now and its alright but it is quite flexible but for the money not sure if you’d find anything better 😕

Well, its not a cheap bike to start with and if I was paying that much for a bike and then spent nearly as much again to get it to where i wanted i would be thinking i’d picked the wrong bike.
You’d be better off buying the bog standard and upgrading that.

Same here, bars that arrived yesterday were Alloy, paperwork with ’em said they were carbon (which is what i ordered). Starting to wonder how many of us have been sent the wrong bar?

Normally around 1bar when cold, you don’t want it near 3bar as the pressure relief valve will start dumping pressure, then it’ll start leaking and you’ll be forever topping it up..

So, horse’s for courses+what ever suits your skill set+ how deep is your pocket= is the most efficient?

If you change the circuit board it can effect combustion on some boilers as it controls the gas valve/gas rate.

I agree with op to, some large groups of cyclists and i’m talking twenty plus which happens around where i live most saturdays and sundays on winding minor roads cause major safety issues for everyone using that road.
Going back to when i was in a road club we used to have three groups, the fast, the medium and the slow group so you ended up with ten riders per group. It was a lot safer for everyone. I guess most well run club runs still do this.
Considerate use of the roads applies to everyone, it literally is a two way street 😆

Renault 12, good. Bought off dad, killed in a field by rolling it over to many times.
Ford Escort, 1st gen, good. Once driven home with only two cylinders working, It lived to the tale though.
Audi 80,1st gen, weird steering but looked nice. killed by it not going around a corner when i turned the wheel..
Renault 12 again. good. lemon paintwork! Another car killed it by hitting it very hard.
Renault 12 again, estate though, good practical car.
Alfa romeo alfasud. Great car. Had to drive around puddles though because of the holes in the floor..
    Fiat Uno, good.
Fiat Uno Turbo. Great car. Rapid, fun, even felt well built! sprog on way, had to go.
    Fiat Tipo. Pile of crap.
Renault 21 turbo. Loved that car, it was mint.
Ford Fiesta., 3rd gen. A dud.
Renault Scenic, 1st gen. Great car, wife’s favorite.
Citroen Berlingo, great car, most mtb friendly car ever?
    Citroen Berlingo, nuff said.
BMW 1, 1st gen. Good car, respected rather than loved.
Skoda Yeti, very nice motor. Tiny turbo engine had to be fed to often though.
Porsche Boxer, bit mad really. That one emptied my pockets and kicked me in the nuts on the way out.
Mazda 3, good car. very relaxing, nice sound system.

Thats interesting Klumpy because i was thinking about doing the same with my currently unloved, unridden Boardman thats sat in the shed. Thinking of popping some 120mm 29er Raidon forks onto it with 29″ wheel just to see how it rides. Currently has 150mm/26″ Sektors on.
