If it states in the M.I’s that the boiler needs 22mm pipe it needs it, always look in the instruction book.
Do you know which way the joist’s run in the floor space? sometimes you can drill into wall (making sure it lines up with the floor space) and see if the pipe can be pushed through to the new boiler position 😀

Me and my son have just bought a van and are half way through converting it into a day van, a lot of the converted vans out there aren’t well set up for cycling. if you go down this route you will be looking at van+ around grand or so, no stove/fridge/vents/toilet but bike store/ ply lined fabric trimmed/insulated/ beds/ electrics etc.
Bit of graft involved but you get exactly the build you want 😉

Broke mine a five years ago, it was badly displaced, re attached with three srcews. Had the screws removed about a year later due to them sticking out and catching on stuff under the skin stopping me from working (do a lot of bending). I’m a low bone density case as well, so on vitiam D and other stuff.. Took nine months to get back to work (manual job)This could have been quicker if i’d paid more attention to my diet, my hip didn’t heal quickly but changed my diet and things started to come together, do your research on this! NHS gave me very little help on this but some hospitals are better than others about post op’ after care,

edit, must add i feel very lucky in that most of the time I feel like it never happened, really look after yourself, make your recovery the focus of the next six months and you should be as good as you were before 😀

I just spoke to the guy at halfords, he gave me a code for the bolt kit and said to quote it in store. The code is 360013 for the boardman fs bolt kit. Hope this helps you.

didn’t need any bolts just the bearings which are pretty standard and easy to source (£28 for a full set), got mine from a local engineering shop in stafford. that bolt from the back end thats fallen out on yours seems specific to the frame, i’ve not come across one quite like it on any other full suspension bike which is a bit worrying when Halfords are the suppliers… going to put plenty of thread lock on mine.

ttfunrider- I’ve got one of these myself and have just replaced the bearings on the back end after 13 months of riding. As you can guess i didn’t get replacements from Halfords as they are “obsolete” to quote the staff. When I pointed out they still had one in stock not 10 feet away from where I stood they said they would ring head office and get back to me. They didn’t.
Not to upset about how long the bearings lasted as 12months seems to be about all I get out of most of my bikes bearings, but it seems to me you are best off sticking to hard tail bike if you do buy from Halfords as the back up required to keep a fullsus’ bike on the trail isn’t there, if you want fullsus’ look elsewhere, shame really as its good bike otherwise.

i’ve got a cube reaction 29er, only had it a few weeks but so far so good, covers the ground so fast! and quite comfy to for a hardtail.

I’ve had one for a year now, owned pitchs & anthems and other acknowdged decent bikes and its right up there with them. for the money you will not get better.

About 4 days for mine as well, used mojo lots over the years, always excellent 🙂
