Moyles- what a fat 'kin waster with his little band of simpering puffs.

Mark and Lard were wasted on radio 1. To get Harry White broadcast at peak times was simply genius.

you dont honestly believe that do you ?? My sister plays women's rugby. I have watched them and its crap. As fast and as hard as the men. I cant accept that (apply this to most sports, tennis, football, cycling, athletics)

my mate Gareth punched a cat in the face after he saw it 'spray' his car once. It was on top of a fench and he spent 5 mins winning its confidence and when it came over he punched it.

A week later he caught it on his car bonnet so he threw a mug of tea at it.

just watched the youtube clip.its laughable. Proves also that women are shit at sport. That punch proves nothing, the other 'fighter' may as well have stood there with her eyes closed offering a free punch.

We use Giordana…..used champion systems for a season or two (direct) and had some minor issues(sizing and spec..not quality) – went back to Giordana.

Merlin should be able to do stickers for you in a number of colours- they had a big box when I worked there.

We had a couple of 'customs' from the hands of Mr Sadoff himself – very very nice.

    Looks good in white………

They are quite common but restrictive clauses should already be in your contract. (i.e. cant work for a competitor or a supplier/referrer etc within a certain time period or within distance)

This isnt legal advice but recently i was asked to sign a new contract out of the blue and the only difference was such a clause. I excercised my right to seek legal advice (28 days).the clause has to be reasonable (i.e. it cant state that you cant work in the industry for say 12 months as that is unreasonable given that you may only be qualified to work in such an industry)

we had a ss'er come out with us last year but then he stopped because he was always miles behind and could see we were gettin pi55ed off waiting in the cold. He has to keep getting off as well……..

seemed pointless to me and a massive backward step…

Carhaart jeans for me.Volcom and Burton T's.

Remember when Beastie Boys used to don Paul Smith T's just after they had done 'check your head' and before Mike D started pushing X Large.

53/39 everytime….alter the cassette if you need lowergears (i.e. 27) -ran a compact on a winter bike and found I seemed to be constantly switching between the inner and outer to find the right gear which i dont seem to do on a normal.Run a 23 most of year and I live in pennines.

literally no difference in performance. Schraeders dead easy to pump up when in the middle of a boggy moor and cr4p everywhere whilst pi55in down and mud in the valve – just use presta's. As for people snapping presta's..WTF are people doing !! Wouldnt worry about drilling a rim but cant see the point in this instance.

Running these on my cx bike ….. http://www.hopegb.com/voir_roadwh.html

Cermaic rims are nice but costly and possibly overkill, albeit a set of winter wheels with ceramic's will literally last forever.

    No its not reasonable.

Think the brakes may have been for a bike but doubt they were off a bike.

Depends on how badly you've threaded it or how much metal has come out.

I would get someone with a proper tool (Campag/Park) to chase/re-thread and re-fit. Doesn't sound like you've put the bb all the way in by swinging off a tool (which I have seen before). Gut feeling is that it will be ok. Seen some horror BB shell's in the past and still been able to sort.

Doubt the threads weren't correct but sometimes paint etc just stops the correct thread biting – hence why you should chase out.

As stated….think you'll be ok as long as you don't bodge the re-thread/chase.
