    Wow that is great.
Thank you so much. I will email you from home (I’m at work now)tomo lunchtime. I ride bikes quite a lot and to involve my boy would be awesome, for him and me! We are fortunate as his CP is quite mild, he attends mainstream school etc so no major issues, I know other kids with CP are not so fortunate.
    Again thanks so much.
I noticed you said your Brother had CP?

    Hi
My son has cerebral palsy and has quite limited movement. He is 13yrs old and would love to ride a bike, or experience it somehow, but unfortunately, due to his balance/limitations he is unable to do so. It mainly affects his legs but he has some issues with his left arm, also he was born with some digits missing from his left hand (to further compound his problems).
I am trying to think of ways to get him on a bike but have not thought of anything suitable yet. As you can imagine, with him being a teenager, he does not want to be in a towed buggy type thing.
Also we are on holiday when the BBB is on.
    Any ideas??
    Cheers

    Hi
    Ok sorry for not elaborating
    Usual Calderdale/hebden MTB stuff
    Nukeproof mega AM
Have got Rubber queens (black chilli) at present
Had some Minion 2.5’s for Alps but are a bit big & heavy for everyday stuff

I ride a Mega AM 160mm travel. Its fine with the 11-36t at moment. Whats the best way to fit chain? Big ring to big sprocket + 4 links without going through the mech?

    micos145 and duff
My faves are the 2 blues and black from the Pleney.
Also the link up between Pleney and Les Gets is really fast and flowy. Anything in Les Gets is awesome.
In fact even the green from Les Gets to Nanchette (?) is ace.
Also Le Canyon black is very good – just be careful with the roots!!

Could I mention Elland and surrounding area, like stainland, greetland, barkisland?
Some lovely houses for sale and M62 is 2 mins from Elland.
Also great riding from your doorstep.
Deffo avoid Batley though..and Dewsbury….and Hecky. Just thinkin of living in Batley again really makes me sweaty

Sorry but am at work! just thought id ask
The gap is around 1/2 to 1 cm from the bottom of the tray to the first row of tiles. Poor workmanship but didn’t realise until I had to re seal it.

I also have to seal a shower tray but the gap is about 1cm all way around.
Are there any flexible corner strips that wide? I got one from B & Q but it didn’t fit.
    Cheers

British people are still weird about this, we go out to Morzine or whatever on everyday bikes and just get on with it but back in the UK there’s this big bold line between “What we do” and “Downhill” but it’s all cobblers.

    Totally agree
I have one bike (its all I can afford) that I use for everything. 160mm travel so maybe bit too much for some local trails but annual Alps trip and Inners etc really push me. The bike will handle everything, think its down to the rider? Look at the world champs where riders are on 160mm/170mm travel bikes. One of my mates bought a DH bike for Alps trip last June, used it for 3 days out there and its sat in his garage till we go away this June!

He’s mad for Lego. We must have spent hundreds over the past few years. It really is awesome, helps young minds learn, co-ordinate, imagine, fine motor skills, the list goes on.
