i emailed foxy chick and she gave me the link to the thread on the diet and as always they want money off you to access the information about the diet! these so called experts know how desperate folk are to lose weight and they prey on folks desperation in many ways! last year i lost 3 stones in just 4 months by just cutting the crap out of my diet. i ate fish, meats, including bacon, eggs, chips, loads of fruit and veg, but all in moderation except the fruit and veg and fish, and the weight just dropped off at the rate of 10 lbs per month and i have never felt better! imagine now cycling or walking with a 42 lbs pack on my back and how hard it would be! eat healthly for 10 days then pig out on junk 1 in 11 days and then you will not get bored! it worked for me but may not work for everyone!

just eat what you want but keep the fat content below 5% and watch your weight drop off.

my dad died of lung cancer and he was a heavy smoker and his doctor told me that in 34 years he had never come across a patient with lung cancer who was a smoker! i remember when i was a kid and i used to go to the local pub to tell my dad his tea was ready and when i walked it was that misty with smoke it resembled the swiss alps on an early morning! also the chair and table legs were coated with what resembled a brown filthy disgusting sticky substance, it was tar from the cig smoke so imagine what a smokers lungs must be like!
