I was off the bike for 20 months after a few issues with my lower back and discs being removed etc. I masterbated a lot as couldn’t do much else, then I started walking everyday, building up back to riding.
Actually thinking about stopping, not that I have a problem but some days are wasted due to being rough. I could easily drive or just dring tonic water etc
Use the graham obree method: drink loads of water before bed and you will wake every couple hours, when you go for wee drink another couple pints of water. Repeat till time to go
