Same happened here. £1400 for a bed that was due to arrive on a day I took holiday. Even had a call the night before to confirm delivery.

I called in the morning of delivery to try and establish a rough time for delivery was told bed out of stock and no delivery due. Bastards I thought and cancelled the order and demanded refund.

Later that day a bed arrives, I keep quiet, 5 days later my refund appears in my bank account. 7 months on no call for the money. Me one very happy customer.

Interesting observation, if you ever rode one you may well find they are just as good fun in the forests. Certainly not just for beaches. Still prefer riding my pugsley than the orange 5 on the singletrack.

Never understood the haters on here, surely they are just bikes and we as a community of riders such embrace all things that can be ridden. Or should I be more narrowed minded and dismiss all things slightly different.

Looks nice place to ride, you should of had a fatbike along so you could compare the differences in the ride on the beach to do a fair comparison.

Some of the Blue & Green routes are pretty difficult to ride, mainly due to deep sand! Therefore a sturdier track will be good for the intended user.

It should, I often ride at weekends with my daughter attached to my bike. Current transport is a Adams tag-long, I have go so used to this on the limbs I find it odd when I ride on my own

2 weeks is the norm where I work. I took three as there was so much to sort out. The bastards made me take a weeks holiday, I just took a week off sick later in the year to get this time back.

Other people take the two weeks then go see the GP and get another week or two signed off so no one can question their time off, usual symptoms are not sleeping, anxious about remaining family, can’t concentrate and the obvious still stunning and in shock and therefore useless at work.

What I would say is don’t rush back,

A friend took a 10 week comedy course few years back at the Mac in Birmingham. Out the group of 10 that took the course only two were any good. I manged to get an invite to the graduation which was simply each student doing 10 mins stand up to a room full of friends so had to sit through all 10.

After a year or so travelling round the country to various low key gigs (at own expense for no pay) he managed to start to get paid £60 a set (15mins) this goes on till you either get a break or make one happen. He now compares at the Glee club in Birmingham and last time organised a gig with Sarah millican as a surprise guest. He is funny hence he is making a part time living out of it, but he also has a full time job and although it sounds glamorous it ain’t. He spends hours travelling round the place to get to some shocking venues but he loves the attention.
