I fractured my spine getting a 30 ft gap a bit wrong in May being off the bike was as cranky as I’ve ever been . Made it back for morzine end of August .changed my riding stayed away from the high risk lines park and features and found some wonderful riding with some of the best rides of my life . Change your riding limit the risk keep having fun

Go ride my bike today , give kidneys and liver a rest then back to the office tomorrow for a weeks worth of work in three days

Brought on Friday and played a little 1 player due to ddos attacks . Multiplayer last night and well its rather special .. just plays in an amazing way that sucks you in .. not 100% on the maps yet the only one i liked was the city based one and the one from beta .. but given time they may grow on me .. not on much but makkag_78 on psn .. the worrying thing was it showed me in my stats i put 400 hours into BF4 :/

I set up loads of firesticks for friends and family with SMBC or Kodi(no charge they just buy the box/stick) its really easy so many guides on web inbox me if you want some. Well my bikes checked, serviced, alpine ish tyres on and stored. just got to get through the week and the drive down now . Hoping the weather holds as my backs feeling good after test rides Physio and gym. No doubt I will be blowing out my arse come about 11am on the 15th though as majorly lacking bike fitness. Hopefully won’t hold the group up too much

Fractured t4 6 weeks ago after jump went wrong , still sore now but first xc and light trail riding last sat went well. Doing all the Physio helps & swimming a been amazing . I used to hate it but 30 lengths a day at the moment !!

ooh hello I arrive on the 13th for 2 weeks with the now ex mrs and her 2 oldest and my young one so a day or so out actually having a days holiday sounds very appealing.

May have the eldest in tow as he rides but could well be up for a meet up .. I however fractured a vertebra in my spine on saturday after a particularly silly accident on the bike so not sure how Gnarr im gonna be but early in the hol’s is the best way to find out .. I know/Knew some of the of piste stuff over Les Gets side less over in morzine as its been 4 years since i have been there but up for an explore !
