Yesterday for the first time in ages i did a 40 mile ride up the grand union from watford to aylesbury and back & allthough it was quite busy in places Berko , Tring, No reall issue .. until im on the very quiet aylesbury link .. going all of 5 miles per hour after hopping back on after a break these two “middle Age hikers” just walk straight towards us like we were not there and force us onto the side of the path,Cue a screach of your going to fast !! what are you serious .. I actualy stopped and told her to get a life ! .. Weekend ramblers get on my tits ..

sugestion . have a look in TKMaxx for suits – i regularly get from in there I have recently got a Cerutti one £140, Simon Carter £99 and two Calvin ones at 160 a pop .. spent about 20 quid getting them taylored just the way i want and Et voila ! .. I am lucky as im a very standard shape for suits so may not be good for eveyone .. but my closest one in watford usualy has a massive selection .. worth a gander

drunk and a few drinks is very different .. i had about 5 pints whilst out solo today stopping at pubs on my point and ride route and , with headphones on doing last 10 k back home down the canal towpath i was a riding god.. so much so some guy was taking photo’s near a lock that has a concrete lip thats basicaly a small tabletop hence manual to jump to very very small tail whip and me giggling .. not big and not clever i know but tres fun !

pottered around on a solo ride for 49 miles today out at 11 am just in at 6 , stopped at 5 pub’s , no map no route just saw the weather and went out and spun the cogs .. so much to do in the house but could not refuse those clear skys.. headphone in buzzing

wear what you feel comfortable in .. had a nasty off last week banged my bonce and had concussion symptoms most of the week. decided to go to chicksands for a bit of a play to get my confidence back and decided to use full face today . i have been round there loads of times in my normal helmet but just needed a a confidence boost today .

if you feel like you need one give it a go, but i couldnt keep one on all day, uplifts and ski lifts only really for me !

Just up from sandy/jump Gulley towards long fireroad there’s a bit of downhill from top of the hill. It’s got three jumps down it , I was way to fast on first and had a heavy long landing mainly on my hip , it’s a great run untill it spits you out
