75 miles will be a breeze pal I did it last year after an absolute skinful. Take talc though as you will chafe . Did it on my 5 spot fully locked out last year would take hybrid if ever did it again, which I won’t !!!

i know chris and simon very well in cyclopedia and they have looked after me and many friends faultlessly over the last five years. after simon took it over from his dad its very much more MTB focused and i have never had a problem with chris spannering my turner or my flatmates santa cruz.. i would highly recomend them , they are open till 8pm on thursdays if that helps ?

hey pal brynteg cottages as already discussed is great its Self catering so just you but not sure if the two cottages sleep 12 right in the middle of cymmer 3 minutes walk to the refreshment rooms pub good laugh if you talk to the locals

my first holiday booked to st anton end of jan with riding buddys who board – lucky enough to be 4 miles from hemel snow center and taken advantage of their unlimited pass . hitting thursday kickers and rails well now cant wait for real snow .. allready own 2 boards – one ride decade and one k2 zeppelin – got most of the kit just looking for a good jacket and kit . cant flecking wait for real snow and not having to screw about with my bindings every 30 seconds ! ! !

Oh, and he also taught himself to hang-glide – bought a second-hand ‘glider, took it to the top of a cliff, and jumped off. Busted his jaw and lost several teeth before he worked out that you needed to strap in, not just hold onto the bar

had my first lessons today (learn in a day at hemel snow center) and im slope ready even let me do 2 blasts from the top..
loved it so blood sore now though and have a swinley ride tomorrow ! – hooked ..awesome day –
they are doing a deal at the moment £50 for unlimited sessions till the end of the month BTW if anyones interested . Friend who rides with me gave me a board and im now booked to St anton for Jan .. mountains in summer on bike mountains in winter on board .. more things to spend my money on !

one (prob the same) came over my house in kings langley not too far from northwood about 2000 ft 5ish yesterday – wonderfull sight and noise – think i even punched the air when it came over (allways wanted to be a fighter pilot as a kid)

deffo – great year to be british .. we have done and still do so many things well but the queens celebrations and olympics within a few months have put us rightly so in the spotlight and do you know what, its shown our true colours as a passionate nation who wear our heart on our sleave .. a bit humble and a lot of passion .. i live just outside london and work takes me there often & i have never seen so many smiles .. for all the naysayers come i say come and soak up the atmosphere around london at the moment its a bloody nice place to be. hopfully the effects will be felt for a while yet !

yeah i have used them twice and had good experiances bed food flights and tranfers for £199 bonkers value – also just back last sunday – if its the christiana its a bargain , well run great food and trails on your doorstep The Jean claude is apparently a little worse but for 199 i may just go sick

Cheers – well worth it for me otherwise i would have just ended up sticking to the area around the lifts . never had a guide before so cant really compare but Quentin was spot on at trail addiction, look them up if you fancy it – its 220 euro for the whole day and you can have up to 8 riders so can flatten the cost if there are a few of you.

Loads of other grat trails as well but i was either too slow to show or they were in the afternoon when my go pro ran out !
