Do not use ice or iced water on burns. The extreme cold causes constriction of the blood vessels and can worsen injury by reducing blood supply
Running cold water 10-15 mins you want to stop burning process
    Remove any jewellery
No ointments, creams etc as will retain the heat
Lay a couple of layers of cling film on burn, discard first couple of sheets ,do not wrap around limb as will reduce blood supply to peripheries ,secure cling film with bandage,if you don’t have cling film use wet dressings
    Don’t burst blisters
    Paracetamol or briefness for pain
If in doubt go to minor injuries not a/e

Was up last month Really enjoy this route. From the pony hut drop to loch muick via corrie chash belter of a descent,(never tried the other path as a descent)round muick clockwise and up the capel road to take you to the capel mounth descent, which is also high grin factor and back to glen doll carpark

Just a side noteUltimate ,you in management “how you can pay someone £40k to do an admin assistant type role is beyond me”
I would say if you didn’t people would choose a job where they get to sleep in there own bed not on a potential bomb, not fly in a helicopter and see there family at night.
I don’t work in admin by the way
You could do as some companies do and replace the labour with cheap Asian labour(on the vessel side anyway) still don’t understand why this was allowed and this was on vessels operating only in North Sea

i think some of the “Jocks” who get upset by it are wee bit too sensitive.

I’ll thank you not to tell me what I can and can’t get upset about. Would you say the same about women who complain about misogyny

Im not, you can get upset with whatever you want

And no,whats that got to do with the original question

No and No to the Original post,i think some of the “Jocks” who get upset by it are wee bit too sensitive.

If returning from FT Bill by train,it might be worth booking your bike on can be a few trying to get on.
Loch lomand side north of inversnaid be ready to shed tears not fun in the darkInstead of pushing up from kinlochleven you can access the way by taking the road up past the Mamore hotel
The end in glen nevis goes along the road to Ft Bill, there are tracks that will take you in via cow hill far better way to finish than on road

Beware the anal types who will dis you if you dare deviate from the “official route”
