Indeed, and a very quick google search will reveal there are a number of sites out there hosting free documents/books.

Google’s openlibrary currently has 20 million separate documents (although they’re not all books)

BUT….and this is a big one for me, with a kindle im assuming that you are completely 100% tied into the amazon store, now i bought 200,000 books in pdf off ebay for 4 quid the other day for use with the sony reader i have, can you use them with a kindle?? I’m thinking not.

I was thinking earlier, that I am now up for some protesting, its not this in itself, its just the last straw that has broken the camels back. Its the way modern government has misused information and secrecy, the way information is used stored and distributed in general with little legal recourse for affected individuals (commercial and government), the way the traditional media play along, unless they are forced to act. The way anti terrorism has been used as an excuse to destroy civil liberties. Its all just got too much and I know find myself wanting to fight back

Battery is fine,,,,,,charged it for a couple of hours.

Used a fan heater to try and raise the temp in the engine enough to unfreeze whatever has siezed.

still dead. I think i will just have to wait until the temp rises enough and try again. 🙄

😀 But i plugged my neighbours battery to mine with jump leads, also there was power as the heating fans kicked in when i turned the ignition.

The battery is fine as i had my neighbour help and he plugged his fully charged battery to mine.

Will try again tomorrow when the temperatures rise a bit.

A swiss ball gives you the option of dumbell press along with inclined press-ups.

And a pull up bar really workd the lats on the back along with biceps.

Yea really, while i dont agree with the voilence in these demonstrations i think apathy is sooo much worse, all this does is show exactly the type of **** you get on both sides.

I had it for maybe 2 years when i was about 18.

It came about because i used to row at a high level and my technique meant that the supporting muscles around the knee developed at different rates. As a result the kneecaps moved inwards causing me pain.

Luckily a family friend was a physiotherapist and recommended me a set of exercises to strengthen the weaker muscles along woth taping the kneecapsin position while i exercised.

Get physio advice buddy, u only have 1 set on knees 😀

Its a P Plate, and as the problems are both electrical and corrosion on the chassis there is no way im doing that work myself.

Just gonna get it roadworthy then sell it on. As long as i get what the repairs cost ill be happy enough. 😥

Well just been for a swim and if i think i can do even remotely decent in an event with swimming involved then i am oing to have to do some serious work.

25m pool, i was doing 1 x length crawl then 1 x length breast stroke.

Managed 40 lengths but i was so slow i was was probably going backwards towards the end.

I really need to get some advice on technique because that was dire. 😯

Buddy the best thing at your stage is to just ride, build up the miles progressively and in no time you will have legs like garth. Honestly 😀
