No – keep meaning to stick some flats on the bike and take a few days to try it. I used to be able to wheelie on a bmx as a kid. alas the skill has stayed with that kid. Watching one of our riding buddy’s loft the front and coast along full tilt down from the forest is so friction awesome. I wanna!!

Aesthetically that looks great, possibly the best gearbox bike I’ve seen.

Frame is too short though, large reach = 445mm. That’s a medium nowadays!

reach, not top tube length. id say its bob on with the majority of current bikes?

soft shell jacket i got a few years ago is great. winter gloves don’t keep my hands warm whatsoever though.

almost 7 years. booze and clubbing at the weekends took over, along with a lack of interest amongst the group of friends.

had long hair through my student years – was half way downy back. got to the point where i didn’t like it, but had no clue what cut i wanted. went to a decent salon and let them sort it out. best thing i ever did

Peanut butter and banana – fried in a bit of butter. Taken from the classic ‘Why Don’t You’ during the school holidays many moons ago

When the pad material has dropped off and you wondering why your bike sounds awful when you brake. Hopefully the scored disc will still be fine. Am I the only one who has no luck with aftermarket pads? Do they attach the pads to the backing plate with Nutella?

If and when I can afford a set carbon whilst, my money will be going on these. The 350SP hubs would be my choice over Hope, and they’re priced well, with good reviews. alas I’m skint

its a bitch to do without the tool on 11spd. as above, once you use the tool, you can’t imagine why you didn’t get one earlier

no different, other than they’re not machined as ‘pretty’ and are a few grams heavier.

Had it done in November. The thought of it was far worse than the act itself. Done with a local at the GP surgery. Doctor and nurse present. Kex off behind the curtain. Nurse was never involved, and stayed on the other side of the curtain. Doc was a keen cyclist, and had had the same procedure 10 days before. He’d opted to have it done at the hospital, as he didn’t want the woman he works with present whilst having his done. Said it was a lot more hassle, took a lot longer, and more people in the room. Uncomfortable for a couple of days, back riding after 2 weeks. Roll on March and a hopefully all clear to paddle without wellies!

Look very promising – and always nice to have something that’s been manufactured locally. If the grey is dark, or there’s a black pair, count me in! As someone else mentioned, some standard off the peg leg lengths would be good for the regular shaped folk – 32w 34l :)

not drank since New Years eve, and yes it is hard! Not so much the week days, but the beer on a friday night after work is sorely missed. For those doing Dryathlon, you are allowed a drink apparently – you just have to donate 20 quid for the privilege!

Stealth reverb shat itself after 6 months, replaced without question. Hoping the second one behaves. Seems pot luck if you get a good one
