Kate running 2012 frame with revelations on it. Good at 140, bit wandery on climbs at 150. He loves it. Said the swingarm is much stiffer than his previous 2011 orange 5

had some made after suffering with compartment syndrome in my shins whilst running. my leg would feel as hard as wood and I had a lump that came up everytime which was basically a tear.

had some orthotics made up and it sorted itself out. They werent the comfiest of things though as they were made from a very high density foam and were made pretty rigid. I started getting a lump on my instep from pressure so stopped using them. Then a couple of years ago I had some more made. These are made out of a lower density foam and are cut away to allow a bit of flex. They’re great and I put them in all my shoes now, although I find I dont need to use them on the bike

For some reason I have got a thing about some of the big American muscle cars at the moment too…
It’s cos you have the brain of a 12 year old boy.

Luckily for me I have that brain too – old American muscle cars rock.

Halfords is the same. Wanted something that was cheaper online, asked the guy to match it but said he couldn’t. So I got my phone out, bought it online and ticked the pick up locally option then took it away. Madness

He’s not talking about sueing a child, he’s asking about claiming losses back from the child’s parents. Difficult situation and not one anyone would wish to find themselves in – hope it works out ok for you, and wifey is ok

Uncle Jezza isn’t a bully. He just gets confused. He’ll post some forthright opinion or other, then he’ll root around for another Werthers Original, his nurse gives him his medication and empties his bag, and by the time that’s all done he’s forgotten what he posted, so posts the same point again

Lol, now that made me laugh 🙂

Quick question on the DSG box. If you stop and move the selector into N do you have to press the brake pedal before you can move into D?
    POSTED 41 MINUTES AGO # REPORT-POST

You have to use the footbrake to put it in D once you’re stationary, but you can move between N and D whilst on the move
