Orly? The amount of crap it generates actually makes life more difficult for you in the long run. Plus if it falls over/won’t work in different browsers you’ll have no concept of why or how to fix it. It has it’s place and that place isn’t to learn web design.

they want to build a simple site, therefore a simple route would be better than trying to learn coding from scratch

The CRG site and faster by design are both run by Danny “NENinja” on here – he sells across both sites. Just bought a gloworm light from him. They’re definitely not the same as the 2200 inton light

Edit: really pleased with my gloworm too!

i wouldnt choose to ride without one – but it wouldnt stop me from riding with someone who doesnt want to. if he does knock himself out it just gives you plenty of time to empty his pockets before leaving him 😉

Just been given a 32gb one as a present, it’s the best bit of kit I own IMO. Perfect for couch browsing ( don’t have a laptop) also great for air playing to my t v

Fortunate enough to have never been bitten or even seen one. Don’t know if it’s just luck or they’re just not prevalent in this neck of the woods? All these stories do make me feel a bit grossed out though!

Therefore educating people is a good thing. In our town they’ve revived a monthly market which is full of local producers and craft type sellers. It’s been a huge success and is definitely changing people’s habits. An old fashioned green grocers has just opened round the corner selling all locally grown produce, hopefully he’ll do well, it’s been busy so far.

It’s both IMO. The animal gets a good (if somewhat short) quality of life, as opposed to none at all. The rose veal producers in this country don’t make much profit, it’s done as its a better use of bull calves

This seems to resurface pretty regularly and takes the same path each time. Shall we all agree to disagree and save the bandwidth 😉

Fingers crossed for a positive recovery. You don’t have to be riding ‘banzai’ to have a bad accident, sometimes you just land awkwardly from the slowest of tumbles. Friend broke his back on his road bike in a low speed off. Fortunately he made a full recovery

Went out, it was frickin grim. It must’ve properly lashed it down all night. There was 2″ of standing water everywhere, it was like riding along a stream. Numb feet and hands. Depressing!

Got a gloworm x2 in the post today (cheers Danny) first impressions:

Very compact! Well made and packaged, bright, well it lit up the lounge nicely. It’s my first mtb light so nowt to compare it with but seems good to me. Not sure whether to bar mount or head mount so will probably try both and see which I prefer . Overall – very pleased

It looks like they’ve set an x, y coordinate on his helmet and mapped the video on that point, hence the head doesn’t seem to move at all

I’ve been flirting with a young girl on the Internet lately, she’s only 15 but we’ve been getting on really well and last night I asked her to meet me…. she then told me she was a policewoman and in the CID,
HOW COOL IS THAT AT FIFTEEN!!!!!

    That did amuse me lol

I bike can be washed with a bucket or pressure washer for a lot less water so can your car.

bollox – using a hose with a fine spray nozzle, i can wash my car in no time at all – the last time we had a hosepipe ban oop north and I washed the cars I used buckets and buckets. Just sloshing it somewhere in the vicinity that you need it is useless. In the time it took me to fill one bucket using the hose I could have sprayed the whole car
