I had a pair of neoprene gloves a few years ago. I found them quite sweaty, and once the wind got through them on a descent, they stayed cold

Evans offered discount through various quidco type websites, but you had to order online. I spoke to head office and explained I wanted to buy from and support my local store but didn’t want to lose out on the discount. (only 4%) told them it was 5%. they agreed, let me pay them over the phone and then i went to pick it up.

maybe those who feel he’s not hurting anyone by clogging up the road with cars can provide their addresses and let him leave his stock outside their house :)

run several pairs elixir r’s – can’t understand the hate for them. plenty powerful, a doodle to bleed, never had any issue with them other than snapping a lever when i crashed once.

Surely a move into the public sector from the private sector is like a busmans holiday. I have a few friends who have moved the other way and had a rude awakening on what a ‘days work’ really means

Surely it’s just a warranty issue . The fact that it’s a scheme bike makes no difference to how the shop you got it from handle problems

No, every two to three days. My skin is far happier not having a close shave. Not had a wet shave for years

Inside leg? Only thing that seems significantly different is the length of the head tube to my trek. If you’re used to riding large, I’d go with your instinct

Jeez, looks like a right old faff that lot. How much time do you lot have in the morning? Trimmer set to 3mm, rag it round my face, and if I’m feeling generous, a bit of moisturiser.

Went for the stealth too. When I ordered the red was available in March, but the black won me over

I’ve got a 7ex on order, delivery May next year, long wait, but at least the worst of the weather will have passed. I’m a smidge under 6ft with around 33″ inside leg. My current fuel ex is a virtual 19.5 and the top tube length is 1mm different to the large spectral so I’m going to stick with a large. Don’t like short bikes

Interesting article. Some of it makes sense, some not so much, and some just smacks of I want to be different to cause friction.

Comparing Moto gp handling to an mtb is frankly ridiculous

Still baffles me why you would spend 50 quid or more on crappy garden fireworks. Then light one at a time over the space of half an hour. Organised displays everytime.

almost always ride from the door. lots on the doorstep, and you can always mix it up slightly so as not to get bored. Occasionally will get in the car for a trail centre, but don’t like the added hassle.

Mate has recently taken delivery of a Capra pro. it replaces a spicy 516. He reckons it climbs just as well. It felt very slack when I had a whizz about.

The reason no one knew about this, was because he specifically wanted it that way. Red bull’s marketing machine do a great job, that’s what they do!
