As a comparison to see changes in length and angle yes but obviously won’t take into account bar rise or sweep…

    what engine?

i run a peugeot Bipper (company van, not my own money i might add!) and struggle to get 45mpg from the 1.5TD.

drops to well below 40 if towing a trailer

Slr’s are very stiff and unforgiving but spin very nicely. Not tried the others though but have recently bought some crossmax st’s. Not quite as bling or ultimately light but feel equally as stiff. And £350 cheaper.

Eggs done first then applied to bread in a toasted state.

Almost like scrambled eggs on toast…. ;)

is it being plated or left to heal?

read somewhere about keeping off the antiinflams (ibuprofen et al) to aid bone growth.

second port of call must be solicitor though!

smells more than a little fishy!

Tried some. Failed on first application of brakes, hose popped out past olive.

Trimmed ends and tried again. Same again.

Threw it in the bin, refitted the standard avid one and vowed never to buy anything from superstar again.

Take from that what you will…

Had one but replaced for an induction one when we refurbished the kitchen.

After getting used to the induction one I’d only ever go to gas if I were to change again. Plus you get to change your naff old saucepans for nice shiny new ones!! ;)

Would prefer to rebuild my pc after every virus rather tha use norton, it caused me no end of problems at work. Nod32 is pretty good.

have been religious about cleaning the main tube and seal but forgot about the actuator. converted it to a remote and it doesn’t go up. sent it back to CRC 1 week of december and still waiting for a diagnosis…

in the future it will be cleaned in the same way as the other parts of it with a brush and detergent they sprayed with silicone.

Glucosomine – Placebo? Mebbe. Have forgotten to take it for series of days before and wondered why joints are aching. Maybe not placebo.

Prefer not having aching joints so carry on taking it….

Cod liver oil, genkgo biloba and glucosamine. For circulation and joint care.

I get VERY cold fingers and toes ( ginkgo really helps) and ropey knees are helped by CLO and glucosamine.

Depends on how old it is. 1-2 years or 5-10k miles no. Over that, yes.

Trackbike gets a change every year.

listend to the “NLP for dummies” audiobook on the commute. very interesting. actually listened to it just before being Jedi’d and lots of what he was saying married up very well with NLP stuff (not sure if he knows it or not though)

either way, it’s always intertesting learning about different ways to approach life.
