11-42 here, shift was questionable going to the larger end. Ended up with a oneup rad-r cage to sort that and now it’s perfect.

    Jumping I get.

It’s the size that got me wondering, how many “customers” they’ll attract vs cost of liability insurance?

changed to eco 20% with 75% battery current and managed 22 miles, 2000ft and finished with 60% battery left!

even pushed a mate up two climbs to demonstrate effectiveness of electrickery!

Inaugural ride on mine yesterday managed 22 miles with 3 1/2 thousand feet of climbing and ended up with two battery blobs left.

The whole ride was done on eco-setting set at 25% with 100% Motor current.

3 tracks. Black, red and blue, red has several lines.

    Slippery when wet.

    Blue has lots of berms.

Great fun but packed up after 8 runs when mech fouled up on mud :(

Tried one at FlyUp417 a few weeks back, did the push(ride) up 4 times at max power and it used 30%
Think we did 8 runs during the day.

I’ve only done it once but if my memory isn’t playing tricks on me, the climb at the *gawr trail stung a fair bit.

*Other side of the hill from Afan, not big but it is fun!

Ebike, road bike, mtb, downhill sled, moped, motorbike. Whatever.

Just a bike and a tool for having fun.

Leave the snobbery and inverse snobbery at the door.

I’ve put 500 miles on some shwalbe ones (28c) on some pretty rough roads, no issues at all.

Been umming and arring about them since having a quick shot on my mates trek powerfly. Have booked a test on a levo as soon as they reach the uk as its the only one (apart from the rottwild) that looks like a proper bike but I’m torn, dropping nearly 5k on a bike really doesn’t sit very well.

Used my edge 500 round donington, complete waste of time.

Android phone and racechrono with a Bluetooth 10 or 100 hz sample rate for any kind of useful data. Failing that a starlane GPS data logger

The best bit of kit is the right bit of kit.

    http://www.halfords.com/cycling/bike-maintenance/bike-storage-solutions/bikehut-bike-wall-storage-hanger

I put these up a few years ago, they just work. Make sure you have them at a height that the back wheel also touches the ground.

Been using these myself. Discovered a series of marks on my front rim where the rubber has worn through the hanger and marked the rim. Most unhappy :(

Will be fitting some old inner tubes to it in a moment…

ordered a bt21 a fortnight ago, checked order status today to find still not dispatched. Emailed and got a reply saying they’re still another fortnight before they get them. So they’ve offered a refund and I’ve asked for it…

Will be ordering a lumenator shortly….

doesn’t really matter how much it cost, just how much it’s worth to you.

    or

as long as you want to get out and ride it, it doesnt matter how much it cost.

basically, if you want it, buy it….

    2 BIKES!!

A WR450 or similar enduro bike and a Daytona 675r. Perfect pair right there!
