Feel the same about my Trance. Its nearly been replaced twice by new bigger wheel versions. And every time I ride it I want to keep it and spoil it with some new shiny kit :D
Even if they didnt put insulation in, ie drill the holes and dont fill. I cant see how it can make it worse 8O I have see a few of the scam cavity wall properties on my travels. But never anyone say it was worse :-)
I have had two opp’s, the second was to repair and finish the poor job from the first. Had 20ish small key whole on the lower leg and had the back of the knee. The worst was the cut in the groin. I have a six inch scar there and the pain was horrific. I wanted the wife to call me an ambulance as I couldn’t cope. I was off my feet for near two weeks and off work for six. And I was self employed so wanted to go back as soon as possible. I hope you have a better experience than me 8O
Its also better to heat the structure of the property, by heating the volume of air contained within. So letting it cool will take more energy to reheat it. So keeping it at a lower reasonable temp then top up is better than hot cold hot cold.
If its boarded lift all the board, and relay at 250mm insulation depth. As anything under it is probably useless as it will be compressed if its at joist ? If you want all the help you want look at the EPC if you have just moved in ?
Im going for it again. After a divorse this year back up to 250lbs and joined the MFP STW group. Ton can you mail me your tips please ? Target is 50lbs by SITS
