My granddad was mine clearer. Went in on the first day and spent months clearing the beaches and countryside with a bayonet and a useless metal detector. I cannot comprehend the things he saw. Never talked much but im now starting to imagine what went on

But also, there are builders putting brown envelopes in agents hands for the right stuff.

Houses are selling so quickly at the moment. Any good agent with have a list of number to call as soon as something good comes available, of people looking. Stuff I am dealing with is selling within days without even making the internet. So dont read to much into it. You just need to be the right person in the right place. Im sure there are thousands of agents in London. So unless your on there mailing list you will miss this bit of the pie.

Yeh I had a Grand canyon 29er. Cracking bike for the money, binned the brakes and dropped some XT’s on it. Really good value for money :)

Been running this method for four ish years on all bikes. And ive had maybe four punchers in that time. Its easy and clean. And I can change tyres when ever I want. Also when refreshing the stans filling I just cut a hole in the tube and take out any clumps in side stick a patch over it and jobs a good un. Dont care about the weight, and im a lardy :)

Bought some new MW80’s last year and the pinched across the broad part. So went over to NorthWaves. They are a better shoe apart from the draw string laces. The Shimano Velcro is much better and holds the foot better. But ive got used to it and like them. The MW just wouldn’t fit me….

Do a bit of a search for ECO replacement boiler grants. They are still running this. But the money pot is running out. If you qualify and are in fuel poverty ? ie 10% of your income is spent on heating you will get a free boiler. HTH

@ Tracy, where can I got one of those Pedros levers from? I’ve done a search and nothing’s come up.
