Right bear with on this one, about half way round you climb up a really really steep short climb, singletrack decent leading upto it then a tight 90• Left, well if you join the road there and keep going up you will see a fireroad going off into the woods on the right. Hey presto ( I think )

Mmm double check by placing a long straight edge on the head tube it should rest on the seat tube and end up somewhere near the drop out. Measure that distance then do the samething on the otherside of the frame. You should be looking at about +/- 5 mm differance anymore than that give On One a shout, they do offer a “crash” replacment service

i know what your saying about the forks bending forwards/backwards from different impacts but i am 100% sure that this is not the case. how bumpy is too bumpy for a “mountain” bike

first ride out when i built the bike, the forks bent forward. contacted the (british) company, said they never seen this before and sent me a new pair next day. not used this bike much, out on it today forks bend back. not contacted the company yet dont know whether to ask for a full refund of try forks again. all of the trails i ride i have ridden on a cx bike so they aint that knarly!!!

beefier forks will not fit, they are longer than normal (29er). love the bike, dont wanna bad mouth the company.

try the RAC, have dealings with them every day and they seem pretty quick once they are called out. the AA are a bit sh1te really, seem to take forever to come when called. whoever you go for check that they will come out to you if you have had a crash, you’ll be surprised how many dont come out in those circumstances

You can be selective where you ride, which I would say most of the locals do, we all know the bad places and generally avoid them. But that said almost none of the trails in cranham are “legal” for bikes to use anyway, so I think common sense is the best bet!
