I’ve had iPhone 4 and 4s. But also had S2, Note and S3. Prefer the Galaxy’s though. The Note and S3 are brilliant!

No still feel the same. Sky coverage is second to none. Made all the more sweeter by the fact I don’t pay full prIce for it. 😉 perks of the old job.

Always amuses me when users of the world’s most popular phone OS, made by one of the world’s biggest companies, accuse Apple users of being sheep

We use the os but not one phone. Every major phone manufacturer apart from Nokia and papple have an android handset now.

I’ve had an iPhone 4 and 4s and wasn’t impressed. Samsung’s take on Android is much more user friendly and the screen is WAY better.
The removable storage is great too.

I’ve had an S2,a 4s, a note and now the S3 in that order. I have to say that the Samsung phones are by far THE best phones of the last 4 I’ve had. The ONLY thing I don’t like about the S3 is that the Samsung Tv remote app doesn’t work on ICS yet.
But everything else is amazing. Android nice and easy to use. Loads of free games and apps. Flash support (yeah I know its dying out) and you don’t look like a distant cousin of Mint Sauce.

    BAAAA

We looked at Zafira and vectra as well. But reviews are saying they don’t like school runs. But it doesn’t say what classes as a school run. The car will do 30 miles each way to work and back dropping the kids off at school and childminders on the way. Would that give it enough of a run?

What causes the egr problems? Is there any way to minimise it? Is it an expensive repair to have done?

Our Skoda is a 1.2 but the wheel bearings are wrong (should be on an octavia according to Skoda) the Cat has had the contents smashed out to make it go faster. It has 16″ steel wheels and a brand new spare alloy thats a 15″. The car has had £2500 work done to it in 18 months. So its time to get rid.

It is indeed or sometimes known as a banana spider. There was one living in the middle of a huge web it had made across a whole car port in an empty house a few doors down from where I used to live in Taiwan. Gave me the creeps every time I rode past it. It was twice as big as that one in the picture too. Harmless apparently but I was always too chicken to find out.

    They are harmless.
The one we had living in our porch was a baby when I first saw it. I used to feed it assasin bugs and stuff though. It was huge by the time I moved back to UK.

Our cat had a fascination with the babboon spiders too. Lovely grey spiders. Nasty bite supposedly. I did catch one that Megan had cornered and it bit me but did it gently so as not to peirce the skin. But just seemed to be a warning.

The Camel spiders are horrible though. I’m fine with most big spiders but house spiders and the Camel spiders really freak me out.

Our boy had his leaving concert last night. All the parents were tearful from the sound of it. Don’t get it myself. It’s not as if they are being executed or sent to prison. They are still living at home just going to a different school. Nothing really changes.

For an hour or so yes. Then the realisation that you could have improved your bike, car, wife, husband, kids, Random peoples lives for the same amount or bought a better and cheaper tablet will kick in and then it’ll be no.

    Lint roller.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lint_remover

Depends on the type of cat hair. Our cat moults in clumps that a lint roller doesn’t pick up. Duck tape and hoover are our only methods.

    Without insurance?

    Scary isn’t it.
May not have been 3 years but they didn’t have any paperwork for 3 years.

Last I heard the company was trading under another name. Lets hope they’re insured this time 🙂

I worked for a dodgy direct marketing company. Selling talk talk mobile sim cards.
I was good at it too. One of the top sellers. But I am quite an akward **** to manage if I want to be and the call centre manager took a dislike to me and made it difficult for me. Ended up quitting half way through a bullsh*t disaplinary. For wearing a shirt that wasn’t office attire (despite wearing same shirt to my interview).
Stupid guy obviously never learnt in the 9 months I was there to not piss me off cos I WILL get my own back. For some strange reason elf and saftey got a call about a lack of employers liability insurance. Guy was closed down and company (not TalkTalk) got a fine of £2500 per person per day. They had about 50 people working there too and HSE went through all the paperwork to see when they last had EL insurance. Turns out is was about 3 years!!!!! Wish I’d “fallen” down a couple of stairs now!
