different shell sizes and shapes fit different head sizes and shapes. Better getting a FF that is comfortable and fits. Definatley try before you buy.

why does rossi keep sticking his leg out going into corners?
    I can’t work it out

Interview in this months bike magazine, he says it helps increase braking leverage and increases stability.

got a canon g9. Not waterproof but keep it in a waterproof holder. Do you think you really need a waterproof one? When it’s pissing it down with rain are you really going to stop and take a lot of photo’s? Flat lighting too.

wonder if the forward thinking Californian pioneers of our noble sport ever wonders whether there would be 50 posts devoted to splitting hairs on the categorisation of a purpose built gondola fed DH (freeride) track as they pushed their bikes up a dusty fireroad in their jeans? Unreal

Is repack rider from here not one of the pioneers? Why don’t you ask him.

What’s the prediction for the format for this series?
1st lets test drive the new supercar from XXX. Obnoxious **** shouts like an overgrown kid as he drives a fast car around a track.
Pt 1 of Pointless challenge where the 3 presenters ‘pretend’ to be having a race in some exotic part of the world or wrecking something whilst taking the piss out of cap’n slow and holding up everyone else.
Car news where obnoxious **** uses ‘humour’ and dubious statistics to disguise his racist/homophobic/right wing/boy racer/oil guzzling agenda, while taking the piss out of cap’n slow. In the meantime, the hamster tries (too hard) to be a lovable mini version of the obnoxious ****.
Celebrity drives round track in a normal car.
Ex racing driver drives round track in the fast car reviewed in the beginning of the show.
    Pt 2 of Pointless challenge.
And that’s all we’ve got time for tonight, good night.

    Can’t wait.

if you’re into outdoor stuff, Fort W and the surrounding area is outstanding. As for the town itself, it’s a little bit dull especially during the week especially if you’re used to city living. But I think the positives of the area far outweighs the negatives of the town. I would love to live there.

1st time I’d watched MotoGP for years and thought it was fantastic.

when did GP riders start putting there legs out coming into corners supermoto style?

they’re ok if your into the whole cruiser thing and are into harley ‘lifestyle’ thang. I demo’d a XR1200, XL883 and a rocker recently and thought they were ok if you like retro/classic bike.

i think they are just about useful for British roads are no more out of place than the race reps.

    ditto previous suggestions.

I think the windfarm up at Whitelees has some cycle tracks, but I´ve never been.

Depends how far you want to drive but from Glasgow you’re only 40mins away from Callendar, Aberfoyle, Loch Lomond & Arrochor

initially I had problems with it occasionally stalling at lights when you pulled in the clutch, but it’s improved over the miles. Also the gearing was a bit tall around town ,so I changed the front sprocket down one tooth and now it’s perfect.

Dibbs, I’m thinking of selling mine now rather than trading it in.

2008, 2k miles, It´s had a couple of changes since the above picture ie rim tape, tail tidy, scot-oiler and power pilot 2ct put on a couple of hundred miles ago.

drop me a mail g36the(at)gmail(dot)com if you’re interested.

it’s a cracking bike- but had a few niggles when new eg. stalling, speedo cracking and a couple of other minor bits. . Great for twisties and town stuff. I love mine , but i’m thinking of trading up to the 990 SMT if I can get a test ride on one.
