Mrs LMT's bike, its a superb bike 07 model, was brought on a whim yep a £1k! whim while we were in scotland at Fort William, previous to this she had a Saracen Xray so this was a major upgrade.

Bike is fast as hell and stupidly quick on corners and jumps, so quick it nearly killed me off! had my first big accident on this, face plant the ground, serious concussion for ages, anyhow here is the bike:

Thanks for the replies had a blast in this today, the hand brake isn't a great design, peddle is stupidly small, couldn't find it when i needed it, but yep fairy easy to drive just the sheer bulk when compared to small cars ive driven in the past.

Thing is like a tank compared to what ive driven in the past, wobbles a bit at speed but fun all the same!

Cheers guys! another reason i kept my citroen is that its like driving on the xbox! with the paddles up, down! only other problem is the size of the van! haven't driven anything bigger than a pug 206 in the past!

Foot thing won't be a problem as my sensodrive hasn't got a clutch ethier, although when i first got my citroen i burnt the top layer of my brake pads off still thinking i had a clutch i still remember that smell!!

My boss has just txted me saying the handbrake is a button on the dash and a small peddle tucked away! wtf?

There is no stereotypical shoplifter anymore, last year i stopped a smartly dressed man he shopped twice a week, looked like a banker always on the mobile to someone, brief case in his trolley, he was pinching 4 bottles of whisky every shop he had a woman come in with him sometimes again very professionally dressed, never saw her again.

Another one we watched was a scruffy bloke, holes in shoes etc, turned out when we stopped to chat to him it was just cold outside and he had no where else to go, got him a coffee advised him where the nearest shelter was so he could get a bed for the night.

But going back to what i wrote earlier we have to be very careful, any doubt don't stop its not worth the hassle, bad press etc..

We have a very strict policy on this we watch and follow this rule:

    Selection
    Concealment
    Observation
    Non-payment
    Exit

If any are not 100% conclusive we can't stop at all, if the barriers go off thats a different story, we do stop, if we get it wrong which now and then we do, we apologize alot!! most customers understand, based on your experience i would complain big time! would even threaten to take legal action as they had no reason to stop you, and the embarrassment factor, friend or neighbour was possibly in the store at the same time……

Used to have a really good one near me, years ago when i brought my Raleigh Max, everything worked on it out the store, even had a free first service and still was good, then some sod stole my bike!!

Recently Halfords not so good, although i did get a load of free cable outer a while ago and praised them up a little, haven't been back since.

I run a mini under the tele, it sits there next to the xbox and other bits and bobs, surfs the net perfectly and screen picture is impressive on my aging lcd tele, i prefer it in the living room so i can turn it off and watch the tele for other stuff otherwise i tend to stay in front of the computer for hours on end!

Trains at that time will be a mare, i used to take the train solihull to cradley and took my bike, wasn't too bad if i got the train before 7 as not many on, but after 7 i had to fight to get on the train, coming back cradley to brum wasn't an issue but coming out of brum train packed but once i was on, thats it tough to everyone else a little selfish i know! Its a very busy line at peak times, get one of those fold up bikes would make it easier!

Should of said its the same line as the one your on about!

Was a bit better tonight, actually had some cars in it! i do think its time for a complete rebuild? refresh? something needs to change as it feels a tad bit predictable, maybe to actually do a car review? when was the last time they did that? and i don't mean a supercar, the last one i remember was the Fiat 500 and that was a while ago.

It makes things worse that 5th gear are trying to copy the same boyish pranks and failing!

1 person too many, he was ill for a while but was shocked to find out what had happened.

I did find one person a few years back when i was duty manager in a JS store, was closing down the store at the night checked the customer loo's and saw legs and feet hanging as i went in, worse experience ive ever had, when im on late at work i send security to check these area's before i hand over to nights now!

Mine was this years holiday, probably not as epic as you guys but it was superb for me!

In June this year i face planted, serious concussion for a few weeks, over 20 stitches around my lip and chin area, and serious nervousness over biking again.

In August i faced my fears, did the Red Downhill at Nevis range, and on a 100mm full bouncer! for me felt immense to get down the route in one piece and it helped me recover my biking fears, also i rode Wolftrax Red and Airs Rock which was also a great experience!!

So i spent a summer at Fort William, probably the best biking trip of the year!

I took the leap about 5 years ago, i have a Powerbook G4, and while it has started to fail recently (some **** dropped it!!) its still functional. The faults i have are the Battery has died, but it can be replaced, and the usb's on the left side are somewhat troublesome but thats only a recent fault.

I have replaced it with a PC due to the fact i just couldn't justify paying for another mac, but the powerbook still lives as my websurfing machine. Over the years it has done everything i used to do on PC's and it one of those things that just works, the software works and the added hardware i have brought all works quickly and flawlessly, especially the software iphoto, garageband, imovie etc.. are great pieces of software.

On the negative, so this shows im not totally mac biased, non of my sony hardware works on my mac, i had a sony vaio mp3 player, this refuses point blank to work with my mac, was really annoyed with it, until i got my hands on an iphone!

I generally ride midweek, and yes i have a job, im a line manager for Tesco, so i tend to get wednesday and sunday as my days off.

Sunday is time with the OH as its the only day we get together and as we don't live together its our time, while the wednesday is mine to do as i please.

Ive just joined a new store opening team, so for the next 6 weeks im Mon-Fri so will have to discuss arrangements for biking with my OH as she gets saturdays off as well, but its only temporary, when the new store opens i will be back to midweek biking!

Will agree it wasn't exactly great, although the bird in the blue behind michael sheen was very nice to look at, think it needs a refresh, or maybe dare i say stop making it at all, and just do christmas special or something?? the African and Vietnam ones were just superb tele.

I work for a big company, and all holidays have to be booked by end of march for next year, and its based on first come first get, we often have no part timers or full timers off at the same time, but i have 8 staff, so can't afford to have more than 1 of any off at any time and that includes myself being off. We work to a percentage of hours each week off, some times its tough, you can't please everyone, as much as we try.

Lego games are great for kids!

For you MW2 and Forza 3 you've already said, others to consider are:

Burnout Paradise, purely due to the fact its £20 and the downloadable content thats free is just immense!

Batman Arkham Asylum is a brilliant Batman game, really this is a great game!

Ghostbusters if you like that thing is good for fans and funny in places.

This is all i can think of at the moment, as it what ive been playing recently.

Take an MP3 file upload it and convert as required, if i remember you can have a 40 second max ringtone, after the conversion is done, the web based software allows you to select iphone ringtone and download it to your desktop, then import it to itunes and synch your iphone job done!

    http://audiko.net/

Go into settings on iphone after the synch, it should be above your regular crappy ringtones, i have done 5 so far this way.

Also initial setup you have to use the ethiernet cable.

Bit of a bugger when we shop as we are expected to use them to help the queues at the other tills, but why should i when ive been working all day!!
