If you buy full bike they are around £60 area I think ( but you will need them as the one part of the frame that is crap is the qr .
I’am on the boss rear and pike combo and very happy so fair with this set up
but think I would of gone with arch instead of flows if I was starting afresh .

Base model and poss next one up come with qr rear .
You would nead a 142 12 axle kit from them which changes both rear drop outs and comes with the axle and new bearings also . It’s very easy to change the bearings in this so would also be easy with rest I would say .

Doug would be the man to ask about bearing life .

As for 32t is this the front ring . I have run a 32 and now 30 with I think 42 rear ( no reason why you could not run 34 or up but don’t know why you would ) !

Charge is a great tyre and you will be fine in alps as its as tough as most DH tyres .

Well that Rose looks like it would be a pain to climb on as seat tube is very slack ! Well it is compared to yt and rallon !
( just my 2p worth )
Slack seat tube means it wants to lift the front wheel on climbs . But if you have a steep ST and slack HA with long front and short rear you get it all . Well I have with my Rallon

Santa Cruz have a one sided lock on grip out and at £15 its very good value for money .
Had them now for 4 rides and very impressed with them ( had odi troy lee before ) and lots of colours too .

I used a chap called Michael bexon at park farm on 01332 556293 and so does a guy on here who is qwiet handy on a bike . ( Dvatc club)
I have just finished 6 sesons with my back problem

I know the base model comes with qr rear and the 142/12 dropouts are extra ( Qr is the one poor part of the frame as it feels cheap and crap . Upgrade it or go for next model up .

As Bullroar asked is there snow / ice ? as couple of us was heading up Monday if ice free .

The reaason I went with invisiframe i got talking to a guy selling a rune frame at peatys bike sale that had been raced in Enduro for a season or two and was like new .

Just had my rallon done Thursday by Lee and you have to look very hard to see it , I went for the Matt as it matches the paint , kit is very well thought out .
He also did the forks , such fantastic job at such short notice to fit me in his busy work / home life at this time .

Have done them my self in the past (5 years ago with my last frame ) but invisiframe is unseen .

Ps I have never meet or spoke to Lee before thursday so not trying to drum up work just give a fare and truthfull account of my findings .

Sure Samways in Derby have a demo in 17.5 and think they are open sun now !

Are you running it 1/10 and if so what front ring did you go with ? My plan when I find some short cranks is 1/10

Ordered on 23 October but 3 weeks after was told they were waiting for boss as some parts were not available for the build of the kirk .
It was ready to ship on the 1st on dec and still waiting like a inpatient child

I am still waiting for mine ( will of been 2 weeks on Monday to get it over here ) :|. I ordered wheels from hope Thursday and they were in the next day so why does it take so long from Spain !!!!

But should be worth it .

Oh and I had a demo for 4 days ( boss front and rear ) it was as Doug described ( Fun and fast )

18″ Evo 2 here with 60mm stem. And I am just about 5.11 ish and feel it’s to small ! ( inside leg of 34 long if that helps )
Don’t go for the 16″ best get 18″ and put a 50/40mm stem like someone said above .

Had demo for 4 days it was fast as f$ck down and not to bad up for a 160 mm bike
Took it to my Local DH play area and it was quicker than my Summun and as stable as well
I also tried a W 150 which was good .

I got the demo bike from there obrea rep ( midlands area and bike shop is sherwood pines )
He is a top bloke and very helpful and knows his stuff .

I also will swop a few parts around from new as it seems the best way of doing it .
Liked the black&white with yellow wheels but seems a bit under coloured with the black rims ( to me )

I had the the boss demo bike and loved it . As you said in your review I to have come to the the same view on my 1st ride ( also the lever was missing so was unable to try it in the climb mode )
Only thing I was not sure was on the long term use of bike / shock !

So I have have chosen to go with the kirk rear and pikes up front on the base model ( bike shop very helpful )
Only problem I have is the colour? Demo was the black & white one but unable to to view the fluro in the flesh ! But from your pics it looks real nice :lol:

I have had two single hormann in the style just like you fitted to new build instead of one double as one side can be kept shut if wanted and have things will not be seen every time you open it !
